  1. I would suggest adding that as a suggestion to change in our Feedback forum :)
  2. You will want to contact your theme and application authors for assistance if there is CSS issues. Themes are generated differently than version 4. This is not available on your package, I'm afraid. I'm afraid, I am not following. As they are responsive in nature, I'm afraid, we do not provide a recommended size.
  3. As mentioned, you'll want to check the Email Error log and if there is no error log in there then the only thing preventing you from receiving that email is your email provider because once we hand it off to your mail provider of choice, we no longer have control of it, I'm afraid.
  4. This is typically due to mod_security, CloudFlare, or another security module messing with normal operation of the software. You will want to work with your hosting provider to investigate and resolve the issue.
  5. Completely up to you. Without having more information, we can't really state if that is expected from what they've done or not. I can only state its normally the case. You'll want to look at the permissions of the navigation item in the Menu Manager as it looks like its been set so that no one has permission to view it.
  6. You would need to contact your email provider as that is an issue from them.
  7. You would need to utilize a Product in order to get more advanced features, like sending emails after purchase.
  8. Yes, they can apply a new license that they purchase to the community.
  9. Subscriptions would typically start up where they left off without back-payment. Its hard to give a blanket statement but if it is a product, the individual could be purchasing many renewals at one time. If you want to place the member(s)'s display name(s) in the notes section of the access details of the Client Area, we can take a look.
  10. Keep in mind that you will not receive an email till the user is awaiting validation or completes validation. For instance, if a user registers and you have email validation enabled, you won't receive the notification till after they validated their email. In another example, if you have email and admin validation, you would not get the validation email notification till the user completes email validation and you wouldn't get the complete registration notification till after admin validation is done. If the above is happening and you're not getting email, you will want to check your Email Error log in ACP -> System -> Email Settings. If there are no errors there, then you will want to talk with your email provider.
  11. You can edit the club in the ACP -> Community -> Clubs and change the type there.
  12. Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce this on an unmodified instance. When opening the Filter topics by forum, I am presented with a modal that contains my forums. Please test with an unmodified theme and disable any third party applications/plugins.
  13. Converter will handle that for you. It will update and re-align the image paths which were used in the editor attachments process. I.E. if I uploaded an image and clicked "Insert" that would be updated. Whereas, if you just copy/pasted the image URL, that will not be updated.
  14. If you are not an expert or comfortable in performing tasks, such as this, I would suggest hiring a server administrator to assist you. If not, there is always our Cloud where you will not need to worry about performing items such as this :) .
  15. You'll want to review your server's custom redirects and rewrites. When going to your root domain, I am automatically redirected to index.php, which is not expected. This would be causing issues with normal operation of the software. As I am actually seeing that when I drop the WYSIWYG editor block, your forums index appears there so something is wrong on the server causing unexpected results here, I'm afraid. If you are unsure how to resolve this, please contact your hosting provider.
  16. Glad to hear you were able to get it resolved 😊
  17. Is mod_rewrite enabled on your server and functional in the directory there? If you are unsure how to check that, please contact your hosting provider.
  18. Custom blocks are not third party but often you can modify the templates of these. You can see these in ACP -> Pages -> Blocks.
  19. In order to be notified about new topics or posts, you will need to follow forums or their corresponding topics explicitly. You then can opt in to inline or email notifications. For more on this, you can read the following guide; https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/how-to-use-ips-community-suite/content-discovery/notifications-r71/
  20. Looks like you have a custom block on that page. You'll want to address any errors or remove that block.
  21. Typically, our content in abbreviated forms, i.e. like the search index, feeds, etc... do not contain rich text but plain text. This allows a user to gain an idea of the content without seeing a giant image or something.
  22. It is still present on our community under the account options:
  23. You will want to contact the author of your SSO for assistance here.
  24. You are utilizing your own SMTP service so you would need to contact your email provider. That link they are referring to is not coming from us, I'm afraid.
  25. You're very welcome. Don't worry though, I know this by doing this first 🤣
