  1. You will not need to. You can complete the report and then delete them in mass.
  2. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  3. This is likely due to another error on the page for validation or your server is rejecting the change. Please check the form for validation errors, no matter how small they may be (e.g. look at the cron task if you're running that). Alternatively, if there are no validation errors, you'll need to contact your hosting provider to ensure that your host is not rejecting the post command to save the data.
  4. Blocks do cache, have you awaited the block to clear cache?
  5. Do you have an example URL that we can take a look at?
  6. You will need to recount the posts now after deletion if you are merely talking about the count there. If you are actually still seeing the posts, please let us know.
  7. Sorry for the inconvenience here. Sometimes it can just take a few minutes to get running. Looking at it, it looks to be online now. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
  8. Yes, as a Cloud customer, you can start a ticket in the Client Area by going to Manage Purchases -> click your package -> Support. Alternatively, as a cloud client, you can just email support.
  9. Please be advised I have moved this to a ticket for you. In the future, please submit site down errors as a ticket.
  10. You will want to have your hosting provider evaluate the ownership and permissions. Keep in mind it is Sunday and while we provide support for critical issues, it will be delayed. Additionally, our policy is a reply within 72 hours and you have received replies significantly sooner than that.
  11. Yes, you can do this in ACP -> Members -> Ban Settings.
  12. Sorry, custom CSS is outside our scope of support, please post in the Design and Customization forum for assistance from fellow clients.
  13. This would require custom CSS at this time.
  14. The following file is either not accessible by your server or is outdated. You will want to reupload the file and if you're still having issues after that, please contact your hosting provider. /applications/calendar/sources/Event/Event.php
  15. While the report icon does not show directly on the mobile navigation, they should see a notification over the menu when there is a notification (see the 45 below)
  16. To confirm your expectations here, you are expecting an email notification when the event is created, correct? I want to confirm this as you are not following the event in question so you would not receive any notification about replies to that event.
  17. As you have quite a few members awaiting validation, you may wish to change your notification preference to "every occurrence." Outside of that, the software is configured correctly, and you are not encountering any errors in the system so any email delivery issues would be on the email provider end.
  18. You wouldn't if your tables are already in InnoDB. Contact your hosting provider if you are unsure what you are doing. As mentioned, this can corrupt data so working with your hosting provider is advised.
  19. Do you have an example user and event that they're not receiving which you can provide?
  20. I would just copy them the error message you're receiving.
  21. There is a great deal of variables involved with performing this, which it is best to have someone with server administrative responsibility carry out and ensure it goes properly. Additionally, the burden of the responsibility of the table engine is on the server administrator/hosting provider. There could be many multitudes of reasons why your server may have InnoDB available but not recommended, a script may cause corruption, etc... Unfortunately, there has to be a hard line drawn for responsibilities from software and server. Having a one-stop shop for support is great but that is not what the Classic/self-hosted license is, I'm afraid. Self-hosted is self-managed for server responsibility items like this. If a one-stop shop for support is what you want, switching to our Cloud will provide that as we will manage your hosting and server support on our infrastructure. I understand this does not really help you much in your current situation but hope it provides some insight to why we don't provide support for some server-responsible tasks. I'd reduce complexity of your query and remove the variables and just type in your database name for this line WHERE table_schema = @DATABASE_NAME
  22. Apologies, looks like we missed you updating your credentials. This is indicating that CURL is having issues here. Please ensure that it is enabled properly.
  23. Keycaptcha was always one which was on the user to create a key for, I'm afraid.
  24. We are utilizing the "Feed" style here. You can manage blocks by going to the Page Editor (under your name like the Theme Editor). Trending content is not available for your plan, however.
  25. You will need to login to their user area where you created your key with them.
