  1. The task would need to run to delete these again. A lot of these deletion items happen on a task. It could be you changed it after the task ran yesterday and it hasn't ran yet today. It should be deleted on the next run if you keep these settings the same.
  2. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  3. 4.7.17 is the latest so you're missing bug fixes there. I can't really answer that because I don't know what exactly is installed/how it's used/etc... It could be simply the user in question has something different than the others. The easiest way to test would be to temporarily disable all of them.
  4. What exactly was deleted? Do you have an example user's ID or display name we can look at?
  5. Are you on the latest release with all patches applied? Have you disabled all third party applications/plugins and themes then had the user try again?
  6. We do not have a chat application. There are third party applications but we do not endorse them in any manner. We cannot advise really on the legalities of a given site. However, if what you're going to create a site which violates the terms provided, that would indeed not be allowed. This would require a customization of your theme which is outside our scope of support.
  7. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  8. This looks to be the report rather than the issue itself. We will need a link to the post which has the issue present.
  9. Do you have an example screenshot of what they are seeing? Do you have the version of iOS they are running and what browser?
  10. You would use Designer Mode in order to manage that. Also, in the hook manager, you can review the template in question you are selecting to modify.
  11. You will want to read through the blog below for full details:
  12. By Client Area, I am assuming you mean here? If so, this is an issue we are aware of will resolve accordingly. Thank you for your report.
  13. As mentioned, this has been reported so will be reviewed 😉 .
  14. They are using a custom theme and language pack if that is our software.
  15. It will be back at 0 because you're rebuilding it from 0.
  16. It would go through all your content, data, etc... so if you have a lot of users, content, etc... it could take long, yes. It would only rebuild all your rules.
  17. You would need to rebuild achievements for any new rules to take effect on old data.
  18. Google is sending it out to all it's customers who use Maps and other examples due to their examples included it. If you're using the integration which comes with the software, we do not implement it.
  19. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  20. You would not have any other solutions that we support.
  21. Best solution is to contact your hosting provider and see if they have a backup you can use if you do not have one. If you're missing one column from one table and you have no idea how that happened, it could be there are more missing/corrupted.
  22. There have been a few different conversations on this, especially, last year when we changed our license terms for moving forward. The summary really comes down to: the current license terms were put together in order to make self-hosting viable for the future for both our clients and us. The self-hosting market has shrunk to a very, very small part of our business (and respectively, the internet as a whole) so if we are going to offer a self-hosted option, we want it to be the best of our software suite and if we're going to sell it, we don't want to abandon our self-hosted customers so it has to be something we can continue to provide support to at a renewal which works. It's also worth mentioning that you get what you pay for. Our software is ever evolving (check out our Version 5 Blogs). We offer monthly releases, support, Spam Defense, GEOIP, and a lot of other goodies, all for $499 one time price and $199/year afterwards.
  23. Not to discredit what has happened here but was this all performed once you resolved your previous issues? Have you checked your server error log to ensure your server is not disrupting this either?
