  1. I'm afraid, we cannot provide you the password on file for security purposes. In your backup, you will want to see if there is a .htaccess and then move that to your working directory if so. If not, please let me know and I can disable URL rewrites for you in the ACP.
  2. Does not look like you have fully setup their link clicking service. You will want to contact SendGrid for assistance on completing that or disable it.
  3. PHP 8.3 is not supported. You will need to do PHP 8.1. You'll want to go to ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization -> then download and apply the .htaccess file according to the instructions in the description of the "Rewrite URLs" field. You would need to check the credentials which you're using to login. The login form is request email address and password. Please ensure you're doing so appropriately. If your browser is inserting your display name and password from saved credentials, this is likely why it is stating it is invalid.
  4. Allowing regular users to see email addresses is not only a PII concern but can open you up to malicious attacks and spam to the user. You could theoretically make your base member group a moderator in ACP -> Members -> Staff -> Moderators with no moderator permissions and that should do it. However, again, it is not something which is at all recommended and you would be taking a lot of risks on by doing so.
  5. Doesn't seem we have webp enabled on Cloud so that is expected.
  6. You'll want to check with your hosting provider what that error is. That just states there was an error processing the file
  7. Sorry, as you are self-hosted this would be for yourself to perform, I'm afraid. We do not provide self-hosted file management services. If you would like to be hands off and not have to manage files, we do offer our Cloud platform. You would simply compare your file system to the download folders and delete the folders on your system which are not in the downloaded folder structure. Please read the following guide on Manual Upgrades:
  8. You would simply compare a fresh download files folder from the Client Area to yours and delete any folders which are not there. Be sure to leave /uploads and take a file system backup prior. You would need to perform a manual upgrade.
  9. Thank you, I was able to get in now. Few issues happening here: You have a lot of mix of files present on your file system for our software, both version 3 and version 4. You're running MySQL 8.0 which is not supported at the version you're on. You're running PHP 7.4 which won't be compatible for some of the files you have on there, both too old and new. I cleared your cache to see if there are any issues afoot and that honestly, just brought more so there are a lot of things simply not working here. The best way forward would be to perform an upgrade to the latest release. That will at least resolve most of the above. I would also strongly advise removing all version 3 files and only have version 4 files present.
  10. As you are simply adding a class to an element: you could use JavaScript to add what you need or create a new div container after the body tag which closes before the end body tag. Modifying an existing element would not really be possible any more straight up in the theme, however, you could indeed create a custom application to perform this.
  11. While ACP works now, FTP is still invalid.
  12. I'm afraid, all credentials are invalid still.
  13. This would be in the Client Area, not your ACP. I understand you're frustrated but we just ask for a few seconds of calming reading so that you can assist us, assist you šŸ™‚ .
  14. Banning, whether temporary or permanent can be done via the warning system. You can set up thresholds at which at X amount of points, they are temporarily banned and Y points, they are perma-banned. Alternatively, you can give your moderators the ability to set custom restrictions on the user without that escalation period.
  15. All plans will allow installing of third party items šŸ™‚
  16. Correct. Trials can t install themes or third party items. It is only for evaluation purposes.
  17. Please see the document I posted above
  18. Recovery mode is not done via the ACP. It is done via your server's file system.
  19. You will want to utilize recovery mode if this is present on the ACP login:
  20. How are you testing this? Are you just going off of what feels like a long wait time or are you seeing this hit an external RSS feed each time? Do you have an example we can take a look at? Looking at a simple example, I am seeing the cache be respected of my block settings.
  21. That would be the only way at this time.
  22. I would advise reading the blog mentioned above as it details the process šŸ™‚
  23. Unfortunately, "cheat software" for games is rather vague. If you are stealing another company's Intellectual Property, providing pirated software, or selling ways for individuals to commit crimes/bad intentions (e.g. sell computer viruses) that would indeed violate our terms. However, if you are doing none of those things, selling digital goods is within the realm of our software. I would contact a lawyer if you are unsure if you are violating any laws or our terms. Sorry you feel that way. Font size can be changed through the theme system as mentioned, just we don't provide step by step instruction on how to customize themes. All that can be read in our documentation.
  24. Keep in mind that Pages templates are separate from Theme templates. Theme templates are what are being discussed here. A lot of what you mention there will be doable with CSS or the theme template hook system. Some of it will be available via the native software and not require adaptation.
  25. Iā€™m afraid, regardless of whether the issue previously existed or is brand new, the steps would be the same to resolving. At this time, we do not have any further info than the bug is open.
