  1. Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, this issue is beyond the scope of our technical support. 👩‍💻 Our technical support is happy to help you with the Invision Community platform, but we're unable to help with things like server management, theme questions and modifications. I've moved this to our Community Support area where other Invision Community owners will see it and help where they can.
  2. If you're running CRON, please check to ensure that it is running appropriately on your server without error and the correct PHP is attributed to it (i.e. if you recently upgraded from PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.0 sometimes this is included in the path) If CRON is working on your server without errors, you will want to check your System Log in our software for any errors. If there are any resulting from background tasks, we would require access to take a look at them: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  3. Unfortunately, the error message is in a language other than English. Could you please post it in English?
  4. I have moved this to a ticket to further investigate, please check your email for further access we require before continuing.
  5. Could I please confirm that the above have also been done before rebuilding?
  6. Should be good now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  7. Please try again in a few minutes. There was a little snafu on our end.

Typically, the reason people switch to Amazon S3 is to overtake their storage solution. Meaning, they don't have the local space, want a better/lower cost solution, or need to hold it locally. Should you wish to move away from Amazon S3, you would simply move it back to your local server via the software or one of the many tools out there. There are no means in the default software to configure both S3 and local storage for the same files.
  9. Please ask all questions about the third-party plugin in their appropriate support topic or area. The individual who posted is not the author. With that in mind, the author has stated it is compatible with 4.6 on the Marketplace listing. Please address further questions in their support topic: https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/topic/428793-ignore-topics/
  10. Please disable two factor authentication. We are unable to provide this as multiple technicians may require access to assist you.
  11. I would suggest changing to an unmodified theme and seeing if that helps. If it doesn't, please check in ACP -> System -> License Key to refresh your license key then test again. We will need to investigate your installation if you continue to have issues past that so please add your access details in the Client Area: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  12. Trending Content is a new feature. We'll release more information about it shortly 🙂 .
  13. This is not something which can be accomplished via our software and would require a third party application/plugin.
  14. Glad to hear you’ve found the solution 👍
  15. There is no .htaccess file required here.
  16. As this is kind of an odd scenario, I transferred this to a ticket so we can take a closer look. Please watch your email inbox for further communication.
  17. You're very welcome. Glad we could be of assistance!
  18. Are they attempting to pay with a stored credit card?
  19. This would happen if for instance you changed your Stripe account or manually deleted them from Stripe.
  20. Were any clients removed from Stripe? The customer there would be the customer ID from Stripe.
  21. For UTF8mb4, you will need to use our conversion tool. There is no way around it, I'm afraid. There is a CLI option which is available and recommended for large databases. You can find this information it the ACP -> Support area:
  22. You would need to reach out to CF for assistance.
  23. Thank you for updating those. Did you manually attempt to update your tables to UTF8MB4? Unfortunately, there are a lot of weird collations in your database. I would suggest running our conversion if you attempted this manually.
  24. Not just FTP is required here. ACP access is as well.
  25. Please ensure you ran it against the database mentioned in the file above. Unfortunately, it is still invalid.
