If that is an error, yes. You would want to consult with your hosting provider or server administrator if you are unsure.
  2. We have replied to your ticket.

It would be something specific here which is why we require the server error log entry. Please let us know once you have it.

A 502 error, I'm afraid, would not allow the software to function thus not appear in our software's system log. The 502 is coming from your server so you would need to look for logs there. We would require a URL to the area in question and a member id of who is experiencing this.
  5. Could you please provide us a link to the event in question? We can then review what is happening.

No worries! Happens to the best of us. We’re here to help 🙂
  7. Inviting members would be expected in types which have membership options. There is no straight up add button unless you mean adding something else? It could be you were using a third party solution here prior which is no longer working.

Looking at the page in question, this is due to you are already using that block on that page so you would not be able to utilize it again.

To clarify, the page which you are attempting to place the block on is a Pages page, correct? If so, could you please provide the URL?
  10. Please be advised I have marked this to a developer to review as it looks like things have changed compared to our guide so we will need to ensure this plugin will still work.

If you are seeing any Pages related issues with access in your ACP as well, please go to ACP -> System -> License Key and refresh the license key as there was some issues on our end for our Clouds users, I'm afraid. Please let us know if that helps.
  12. Looks like the WordPress plugin may have been updated since we last took a look at this. However, one thing from your screenshot missing is the attribute mappings. Were you able to map those as outlined in the guide?

Have you checked the administrator log to see if your account had been edited recently or changed via the account activity? If not, could you please provide the user id number of your admin account?

This would not impact anything further for you. You are all set 😉 .

This looks like it may be a bug on our end which is not targeting a prefix for the database table correctly. I have reported this internally. Thanks!

Was this dropped in your folder where your 4.7 Invision Community installation is?

Excellent! Glad to hear you figured out the issue. Only ones required by our software can be found on our requirements checker tool:
  18. Something you'd want to ask your hosting provider and want to know how they handle custom php.ini's. Could be set just for the directory the custom php.ini is in, which would defeat the purpose of this recommendation. You would want this set throughout to help protect your server.
  19. Regarding recovery mode, were the specific instructions and sequence followed? Unfortunately, it needs to be done in that particular sequence to work. If so, please provide us access as outlined below: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  20. Unfortunately, the FTP information is still incorrect
  21. You would only need to do Db.php . Please ensure it is in the correct directory, however 🙂 . If you continue to have issue, please update the access details on file in the Client Area: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. 22. Excellent, glad to hear you found the issue 👍
  23. Looks like you replied to the ticket so you received the original reply we were talking about 🙂 .
  24. Please go to the Client Area and download a fresh set of files then extract these to your local computer. Once done, upload these to your server, overwriting what is there. Unfortunately, that file is either modified, out of date, or inaccessible by PHP. If the permissions are good on the file per your server's configuration, you will need to ensure it is not modified or out of date. I'm afraid, there is no other way to get around this safely.
  25. Unfortunately, that is not possible via the default software and would require customization.
