  1. This would require customization. There is no way to do a expand/collapse box currently with the description.
  2. Word filters can be found in ACP -> System -> Posting -> Word Filters.
  3. Are you receiving this error pre-upgrade to the latest Invision Community? If so, there may be something there that is PHP 8 incompatible or plugin issue. You can check the System Log in ACP -> Support. With that said, as you're so far out of date, you will want to do a manual upgrade: https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/advanced-options/server-management/install-and-upgrade-r259/#manualupgrade
  4. PHP 8.1 is still supported by PHP. Simply because there are new versions of PHP out there does not mean the software supports it. If you do not wish to downgrade then you will have functionality issues on your community and those will remain out of support.
  5. PHP 8.2 is not supported yet. PHP 8.1 is recommended.
  6. Sorry that you are disappointed but we have never supported server configurations. Our support only covers our software. As a selfhosted customer, it is your responsibility to configure your server and the additional modules you want to run on it As mentioned though, if you don’t know how to configured mod_security to work with our software, I would advise disabling it.
  7. We do not provide support with server configurations or extra security modules like mod_security. If you are unsure how to handle this you would need to work with a server administrator. If you want to use these items it would be up to yourself to ensure they do not hinder the software.
  8. You would want to contact your hosting provider or a server administrator if you’re not sure.
  9. Glad to hear you resolved it. Likely at some point it failed to generate as clearing cache in our software will regenerate the file. It may have just been a temporary issue on your server or otherwise that then got cached by CloudFlare 🤷‍♂️.
  10. You may wish to remove CloudFlare for any troubleshooting. Caching can cause misleading issues.
  11. You will want to contact your hosting provider to find the correct permissions and ownership for your files to make them writable. We would not be able to answer that. We are simply trying to help you troubleshoot. Your hosting provider and whoever else has access to your server would be the ones to ask that question as the software cannot change that.
  12. Check to ensure that the permissions on your uploads folder and all sub-folders are writable. You are getting a 404 not found on the Javascript file responsible here for a lot of these interactions so this would likely indicate it cannot be generated when rebuilding cache and resources.
  13. There is not a native mobile app through us as we support Progression Web App (PWA). As Nathan posted, you can see the guide there on how to set it up.
  14. You're very welcome, glad we could help you out 🙂
  15. I have taken care of this for you on this occasion and removed Pages from your instance.
  16. You would need to upload the files so that you can remove it. Right now, it is outdated files so anything related is failing, including uninstall. You need the latest files to operate the uninstall. We can then transfer this to our accounts ticket system to remove Pages from your license if you choose and discuss what that entails.
  17. You would need to ensure that you grab the latest files from the Client Area because if it is out of date, like these errors are showing, it will fail to be viewed or do anything with it.
  18. Wouldn't this be the compelling reason to allow for your users to be able to download and add them to their calendar? I'm not quite sure what kind of events you run but typically, our customers like their events to be able to be shared as that enhances their exposure of them. Having your competitors obtain these would only increase your event's success.
  19. This looks to be from Pages but looks like either a file is out of date there.
  20. This would indicate that the files for the Events application are not the latest which you're updating to. You would need to upload the files for Events again and/or ensure they're accessible by the server.
  21. You will want to disable any and all third party applications/plugins then switch to an unmodified theme then try to view clubs again. If that still does not work, you will need to post the 500 Internal Server Error which is being hit. This will be logged in your server's error log.
  22. Are you having issues receiving any other emails from your community? I would advise checking ACP -> System -> Email Settings -> Email Error log
  23. Yes, they would simply be viewing the banned message as they cannot view the site if they have the banned status applied to them.
  24. You would need to disable or tweak the rule mentioned there in mod_security to allow for upload.
  25. You are receiving direct help from Invision employees, just it starts now publicly on our community 🙂 . You will want to clear your cache by going to ACP -> Support -> Clear systems caches to see if this helps your issue here.
