  1. Sorry, left out the field name: ACP -> System -> Posting -> Maximum image dimensions to save.
  2. Would say the same as the above. When the next one comes in, check the status page to see if there is a known issue, if not, submit a ticket so we can get more info about the user in question in private.
  3. You can follow the instructions here to install a PWA on an Android phone: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/9658361?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid Regarding the settings in our software, the follow guides you through setting up the PWA for the purpose of getting push notifications but of course, as the process is for a PWA, you can follow it to get what you need here: https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/how-to-use-ips-community-suite/content-discovery/push-notifications-admin-side-r368/
  4. Keep in mind that most file extensions for video and audio support are based upon the browser which you're viewing with. .webm is supported by most modern browsers but some OS may require the codec installed: https://caniuse.com/webm
  5. You can resize images based on the height/width but not towards a scalable file size. The resize image height/width can be found in ACP -> System -> Posting.
  6. This would be through your browser, not our software.
  7. That would indicate you've left a required field unfilled or the data you put in the field is in valid. As a trialing user, you have some limitations, I'm afraid. Once you are a paid customer, those limitations will be lifted.
  8. Once you've configured Pixabay fully and allowed permissions to your groups, you should see it in the lower right of the editor:
  9. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  10. The minimum recommended PHP memory limit of our software is 128MB, that doesn't necessarily mean that your community will not require more. This will heavily depend on what the software requires to do to fulfill the item in question. You may wish to allocate the memory there to ensure there is not a future error but at the time stands, you simply need to increase it, I'm afraid.
  11. Please be advised I have moved this to a ticket so we can further investigate. Please check your email for further correspondence.
  12. May need to give it a few for the cache to clear. I am able to see it just fine.

  14. If you have any modified templates or third party applications, I would suggest disabling those temporarily for testing. Then try again.
  15. Thank you for bringing this up. I have added this internally as a bug report.
  16. I would recommend using Group Promotion so that new users would have limited permissions and then get promoted to a different group after they reach x amount of posts which then have more permissions (such as messaging).
  17. Could you please clarify what exactly you're referring to? Please keep in mind certain items, like the create menu in the top navigation, may be hidden on smaller screens which don't have enough real estate for them.
  18. I would suggest switching to using hCAPTCHA as our customers have had a great amount of success with it. Also, I would suggest adding Question/Answer challenges which are specific to your niche, something not easy to Google but also immediate knowledge to your potential members. This will cut down on both human and automated spam.
  19. Are you stating that you upgraded HTMLPurifier outside of the software? If so, that would be outside our scope of support and not recommended as we have things built in which likely would crash and burn if upgraded outside of the software.
  20. This would be a theme setting in Header:
  21. Blocks/widgets would only appear on the page you place them, plus any like pages (i.e. if you place a block in a topic's page, it will show on all topics). If you're on other pages and only seeing a black bar, are you on an unmodified theme? If so, that would be the first thing to try and then did you try to drag/drop items there?
  22. Unfortunately, this bug is still open. Thank you for you patience here. I know it is never fun to hear about priorities when something is impacting you, such as this, but I've let our team know that you are awaiting resolution here to see what we can do for you.
  23. Glad to hear it is resolved. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
  24. Is this on your community which starts with b?
  25. Sorry for the delay, our response times are usually 72 hours. Looks like you got a response on the 30th and our team is evaluating your open request. Please note that our sales team only works our normal business hours.
