  1. Is mod_rewrite enabled on your server and functional in the directory there? If you are unsure how to check that, please contact your hosting provider.
  2. Custom blocks are not third party but often you can modify the templates of these. You can see these in ACP -> Pages -> Blocks.
  3. In order to be notified about new topics or posts, you will need to follow forums or their corresponding topics explicitly. You then can opt in to inline or email notifications. For more on this, you can read the following guide; https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/how-to-use-ips-community-suite/content-discovery/notifications-r71/
  4. Looks like you have a custom block on that page. You'll want to address any errors or remove that block.
  5. Typically, our content in abbreviated forms, i.e. like the search index, feeds, etc... do not contain rich text but plain text. This allows a user to gain an idea of the content without seeing a giant image or something.
  6. It is still present on our community under the account options:
  7. You will want to contact the author of your SSO for assistance here.
  8. You are utilizing your own SMTP service so you would need to contact your email provider. That link they are referring to is not coming from us, I'm afraid.
  9. You're very welcome. Don't worry though, I know this by doing this first 🤣
  10. Looks like you disabled the Index feature which would instruct search engines to index the page: Go to the Database's settings -> Details -> Title & Meta Tags.

  14. There should be no @ . Just type the user's display name in and in the drop down they should appear.
  15. Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this issue. I was able to send to these 3 from the conversation starter just fine. Please ensure that when you are selecting the members to send to that you select their names from the dropdown. Simply inputting their names will cause it not to resolve.
  16. Authentication failed there so looks like something was incorrect which you've provided. Alternatively, you have secondary authentication on your site or API which is causing Zapier to not be able to reach it.
  17. Please place the display names of all parties involved here in the access details area of the Client Area and I can take a further look here.
  18. Gotcha. In that case, X has been extremely unstable since Elon's takeover. If it works one day and not the next, it would likely be something on their end as we've seen in the recent past.
  19. The Client Area and Community run on separate instances so you would need to sign into both, I'm afraid. Corrected.
  20. If you're on a mobile device, please ensure that you use the default browser for the device. I.E. Safari for iPhone and Chrome for Android.
  21. You will need to check that their inbox is not full, that they don't have the messenger disabled, or their group is allowed to received/send messages.
  22. Please make sure that you're signed into the Client Area as well.
  23. Thanks, I added this to the review.
  24. Do you have any Firefox privacy settings enabled on your browser? Are you seeing any messages or errors in the browser console? If third party cookies are not allowed, you likely wont' be able to see third party embeds which required them.
  25. Sorry, left out the field name: ACP -> System -> Posting -> Maximum image dimensions to save.
