  1. You'll need to ensure your configuration for the latest major release v7 is configured correctly to handle image extensions which you require.
  2. You can certainly suggest this in the Feedback forum :)
  3. I'm afraid, there is not through the default software at this time.
  4. When you rebuild it will change the ending of the image files. Which isn't a problem except when you are copy/pasting the image URL places. Then it will break. If you use the internal system to attach existing attachments, it will be updated.
  5. Worth noting that even the link you posted is different than what you have highlighted there. If you have rebuilt your Gallery images multiple times since these, this could explain it.
  6. This is for example one that is not: https://thepatriotwoodworker.com/uploads/monthly_2024_12/large.JuglansNigra(Linnaeus).JPG.d1548c2724c4bab56c48718c7549417f.JPG As you can see it is a different ending string there then the one you listed.
  7. The images are no longer present in those locations on your server. They are returning a 404 not found. You will not want to hotlink images from other areas of the site as this can lead to 404 not founds if the images are rebuilt. You will want to use the "Insert existing attachment" option in the editor for these cases or directly upload the image in the content which you're using it in.
  8. Might be they can't access your CDN or wherever your resources are housed. You can have them check their browser console for any errors that will help you communicate with your CDN provider.
  9. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  10. Yes, as you're utilizing an SSO which does not implement remember me as it uses session based, cookie SSO, you will not be able to take advantage of Push Notifications.
  11. Jim M posted a post in a topic in Feedback
The unread stream by default will combine all posts from a topic into "one entry" and then bring you to the last item which the user didn't read. If the user didn't read the topic, they'd be brought to the first post in the topic. With that said, you as an administrator can change this default and/or the user can change their own behavior for when they click a new item. Alternatively, the user could create their own activity stream which would not combine all posts from a topic into a single entry. As an administrator to change the defaults of the Unread Activity Stream, you would go to: ACP -> System -> Activity Streams -> edit Unread Activity Stream -> change "Show Me" to "Content items, comments, and reviews" As an administrator you can change the default behavior for what happens when someone clicks a topic with a new post in it by going to: ACP -> Members -> Profiles -> Profile Settings -> When a member clicks an item link. A user can change the behavior of what happens when they click a topic with a new post in it by going to Account Settings -> Content Preferences.
  12. Was the device allowed to receive push notifications via the system as mentioned above? This is generally the case when the browser is not authorized to do so.
  13. Yes, third party developers can replicate this functionality using their own code. This has been allowed since we closed our Marketplace.
  14. This segment sounds like the database rebuild was manual and may not be complete. Which would create problems that you're seeing now on sporadic profiles/users. If that is the case, the only way to resolve these issues would be restore completely back to where the data is either all missing or all together. Mismatched data restores will create problems.
  15. I'm not quite sure what I can expand on other than what is already on their website 😊 If you've had great deliverability, that is fine. You're more than able to continue using SendGrid as mentioned above 😊
  16. Before we go too far, could you please clarify what you mean here? From the error provided, it sounds like you may be missing data.
  17. Looking at your community, you're using compact mode, just like here. You will want to click the "Author Stats" in the upper right of the post container to see these fields. If you want it expanded automatically on the left-hand side like in version 4, you'll want to switch the "Topic view" to "classic"
  18. We ultimately saw that PostMark had a better and improved toolset over Sendgrid, with better deliverability so we made the change. If you don't see that really meeting the needs of your community, you can continue to use SendGrid or any other SMTP service you choose to really.
  19. You would need to contact the author SuperGrid for assistance.
  20. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  21. Would ensure that CloudFlare caching is disabled and try again. You may be running into cached pages here if you're logging in and then getting successfully logged in but seeing things still as a guest.
  22. As mentioned in your ticket, the fix is scheduled for our next release but there is no ETA on that. I am sorry this is not what you were looking for but it is the information we can provide at time of writing.
  23. A free trial is your best bet for something completely hands off. Otherwise, as you're self-hosted, you can create your own test install.
  24. Both are correct. You need to manually click the button to recount items. They are not done automatically when the deletion occurs.
  25. You would run a rebuild by going to a ACP -> Members -> select a member -> click on Posts or Reputation -> Recount -> Recount for all members.
