Thanks Mike, but we don't need an email field within a form only members can see. Why should members enter their email field, wenn we only ask some questions?

Does it mean we can only send a confirmation email to registred members when they enter their email again?? If yes, this is not a good solution.

Another problem. We can not use members standard account email for the confirmation. The dropdown menu is deactivated and there is no other option.

Yes, that's true but the list is still available via the breadcrumb link.

One more question: From my point of view it makes no sense to offer the people a list of forms. Normally I need forms to ask for something special. So it's good to have forms on pages. I got the answer on this question. But I don't want to show the people any list of forms. Sometimes the different forms have nothing common.

How can I block the form list page and the "form list" button for the people?

So I just want to add form links in my forum on an individual base.

Question 2: Why can I only send confirmation emails to the people and not confirmation PMs?

BTW, sorry for the stupid question, but where can I find the forms? How can I embed them into a page? I don't have any widget nor other menu items in acp.

I'm already in contact with Kevin regarding the performance issue which slows down every 2nd to 3rd click. Sometimes opening a page needs around 5-7 sec.

I already switched the new-posting-calculation to "quick mode" but nothing changed. Does anybody else has/had this issue and if, how did you fix it?

Will the app be compatible with 4.1?

There seem to be a bug with the upgraded topic and forum subscriptions.

In ipb348 the subscriptions have been stored in table ips_core_likes. The area field only contained plural words of "topic" and "forum".

After the upgrade to ipb4 the subscriptions have been moved to ips_core_follow. But now we have both versions (singular and plural) in the area field. I opened a ticket and after a couple of conversations they told me that this seem to be a bug they don't have a fix yet.

This means some subscriptions are not working in ipb4 because the area field has to contain singular words only.

Could you please check your follow table?

I'm planning to purchase this addon. I just installed the demo but didn't find what I expected to see.

Due to the fact that I come from vbulletin social groups I'd like to provide the feature to special members to create their own collaboration group (social group).

But I only what to have closed and private groups. Nobody who isn't member of a group should see content of this private one.

The owner should decide who are allowed to join the group and see the content.

How can I do that?

I created a private group but I found out that also non members can see the comments.

What did I wrong? Can I create more topics in one group? Can I disable the feature to have open groups? All groups shall be private.
