  1. Hello, because newsletters are a sensitive topic here in Europe (GDPR) I'd like to hide the entire newsletter block from the notification center. Yes I've already set the manual opt-in method for bulk mails but I also want to remove this block from this center. The main reason is that the checkbox for email notification is enabled by default. How can I hide this box? We do not send any newsletter because we have no additional opt-in process. Thanks in advance for any help.

  3. Hello, since the upgrade to 4.5.x all numbers on our site are being displayed without the thousands separator (i.e. total post number in post bit or leaderboard). How can I fix this? Thanks for any help in advance
  4. May I ask why this step is not part of the standard suite? From my point of view it should be. I also have thousands of CLS errors in Search Console. But I assume they also come from lazy load being enabled.
  5. Hello, from the UX perspective I would really appreciate if we could remove the cryptic error code line (in grey) for guests and users on permission error pages. Is there any way to do that? Users and guests don't benefit from this information.
  6. I think he wants to keep the customized streams and switch of the "all activities" only. I'd like to do the same because I made the experiences that the "all activities" stream contains too many informations, like mentioning every single reply in a topic. I'd like to switch it off too but keeping the customized streams online. It's also not perfect for me that the back link in mobile breadcrumb always jumps back to "all activities". Is there any way to change it to forum home? I would appreciate this also from the SEO perspective.
  7. Does really nobody who use lazy load have problems with the CLS value in the Search Console?
  8. I have this CLS problem too but I didn't loose users. How can we bring down the bad CLS metrics to acceptable values again? On my site the bad values are only for pages with pics using lazy load. This could cause the shift.

  10. Sorry to say this at this point but I don't understand why there is no feature for admins in the background to see the hidden posts. For me it would be essential to understand where I can improve the customer journey on my site. We don't get too much spam but we have many people not being too familiar with online communities.
  11. I got this message too. We have the FB login activated and didn't change anything in the past. We got the first warning mid of Dec. We checked the FB developer page and looked for any notes. Nothing. Beginning of Jan they deactivated our app due to the ongoing bad experience. So there seem to be something wrong with the app handling process.
  12. Hello, why are group promotion rules only being executed when a targeted user visits the forum again? For example: I have a rule for new people beeing moved to a different group after three days. But this rule is only beeing executed if a user visited the forum again. Then this special user will be moved to the next group. But if a user visits the forum no more again or only after 10 days he stays in this "three days" group. This is not perfect in the case I want to target this three-days audience. Could ips please move this promotion process to any cron job?

  16. Hello John, yes, indeed it was a member. In my boards guests do not have any permissions but the pm hasn't been delivered. And captcha is already disabled for all members. So I don't know why it came up. I tested this on two different localized ipb installations with the same effect.

  18. @Mike John: I just installed your app and added a new form with the new "confirm pm" feature enabled. Then I submitted a form but the submitting user didn't get any pm. Why that? Which message will be shown within this pm? How can I disable the captcha for normal logged in users?

  24. Hello @Mike John, just read the first sentence and clicked the required link but the content can't be read without being registred at your site. I don't want to register there only to see a price and to be informed if it's possible in general. Seems to be a big secret. I'm sure here we have some more people who would be interested in this information. If you have a copyright removal (just of this footer line; of course you keep the copyright ) then please tell us the price. If not, it's ok too but then we don't want to use the product and you should add a line to the product specifications. I would really appreciate to get some infos.
