Hello Taman,
After I installed the latest version of Magnum Theme (4.3.5), I've encountered numerous issues as follows:
1) The main logo is not align correctly with the navigation bar.

2) I could not configured the news ticker to properly loaded the latest article from Page. I've already used this template (ta_themes_pages_newsticker.xml) on your previous theme version (4.3.3) with no issue so I guess that it should work on this new version as well. But apparently that it isn't.


3) When I tried to config the article on page footer using the template from previous version (ta_themes_pages_footer.xml) on your newly created IPSKit Addons plugin, the articles seems to not properly aligned like on the previous theme version.


4) This one is the most important issue. I found that the new swiper slider on IPSKit Addons plugin has no ability to load articles from Page using the template from previous version of your theme (ta_themes_pages_slider.xml) And there is no title style and button customization at all. 

5) I just DM to you about this issue but I would like to inform you again that IPSkit Theme Copyright Removal 1.0.1 is not working with the new Magnum theme version.
There is no option to downgrade the theme into 4.3.4, which was worked without any issue. Please help. Thank you in advance for your support.

How are you supposed to confirm that your file works with the latest version of Invision Community when you don't have access to the latest version? This is also a different thing to what the OP is raising.
It greatly benefits the Marketplace Authors, that's why they asked for this policy and still as far as I know still fully support it.
Authors update their resources to be compatible with the latest release, if you're not on that latest release you may run into issues. That also wastes the resource authors time when they investigate the issue and then realise it's because you haven't upgraded.

If you want to remove the start new topic on mobile, desktop forums list and forum index then simply set the user permissions. how are you as admin supposed to add a new topic if theres no button to add new topics? 
and if you hide the gap completely you would also hide  other forum buttons like Table, Grid, Fluid view forums 
 
anyway if you still want to do that add this in custom.css it will hide the page header completely including anything inside and everywhere on forums

While I appreciate what you are saying there, the answer to your question is that the pages application is what does what you are asking for, and is the solution to your issue. I understand you dont wishto pay that, and I can move your ticket to community support if you dont wish for it to be in the official support area. But if you are looking for a solution from our core product, that is indeed the solution, and hence was marked as such.
Just to add to this. The purpose of the solution on a topic is so that others can jump to what is the official way in which to do things on our product. It is not for the author of the topic to know what the solution was.

Since it is only on the mobile platform, I can't use keyboard combos... but I'll troubleshoot by disabling plugins. Ugh, I don't like doing this because it removes key features, but I guess it is the only way. Thank you for responding, Taman! 

You are right. It's also in the default theme. What could that mean? Since this is probably not theme-related, I will report again to Support. They usually just blame plugins and move on, so it's hard to get help from them anymore. Thank you for suggesting the default test. I totally forgot I had that theme! Because yours are THE BEST.

The only option would be a custom application and its fairly easy 
 

It would be nice when you have a custom theme by third party the "revert" button only reverts to the designer's default NOT the IPS default. When editing a theme settings it would be nice to have a side-by-side comparison values in another themes setting. A button to copy the setting or style form another theme while editing a current theme.  

This would depend. If someone states they are away for a week, then clearly 3 days would not be reasonable. If someone disappears entirely and you don't get any response for a week, obviously that is unreasonable. However if you put in a request on 23rd December, and haven't received a response by 4th Jan, that's entirely reasonable, as its Christmas. In addition to that, if its something that may take some looking into, that may take more time than someone just asking if something is possible. 
In short, there is no simple answer to your question.

You'll have to contact the 3rd party developer / designer and discuss it with him. If he agrees, he'll reach out to us to initialise the refund.

@dutchsnowden Honestly, all your complications are just a bunch of clicks to solve but I will file a ticket and let ips refund you today or tomorrow
