Silly to ask really I suppose as that was the only logical answer. Had this been 3x or 2x which I know -very- well inside out I'd of never had to ask. Just time was short so a quick topic, (perhaps my 2nd 'support' one in a decade) was worthwhile, certainly posted a lot of info in the past.
So yes I did the bypass (and yes I removed it aka the "MD5 Check" immediately after)
Had the site not been broken I'd of been able to look at this next weekend to simply try a few ideas on a localhost test of it.
There is a small issue a white page however nothing in logs either in webroot or in the system itself that I see, but its not a big issue at this moment in time. I'll get back to that one as it concerns ACP removal of CMS. Something for a new topic later.

You also need to upload the files to the server before clicking Continue. Have you done that step?

Indeed it would be the same price. The reason you didnt get a response to your first email is you emailed support and you dont have support via email. You should contact accounts for any accounts related queries. I can see there is a ticket there you submitted around half hour ago. I have closed that one off for you as its been answered here

Edit the theme's settings (pencil icon; not the HTML/CSS) and you'll find a color setting with the name Tags Background in the Front-End Colors tab.

Adding default widgets or alerts to their trial version for:
- Where to go for help
- How to buy
- Getting started guides, etc.
You have a consumer that is incredibly engaged at this point of the sales funnel.

While members can disable it from their profile (admins can also edit profiles in ACP), there is no global setting to disable it for everyone.
You can either remove the block from the profile's template or hide it with a custom modification.
