  1. I've just asked about this, and it does indeed show the last 5. So it seems the others are records from prior to us having that limit
  2. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  3. If you can provide some examples, that may be easier to go by to advise on
  4. There is nothing in terms of settings for this. As mentioned above, it would require modification
  5. It sounds like server resources you are having an issue with when sending them over. Something timing out perhaps. It would be worth checking your server error logs to see what is showing up there
  6. Customisation>Email is where you would look for this
  7. As mentioned in my message just above yours, this isnt really something that is a software issue. If users are able to access those accounts to spam, then of course they will be able to do so.
  8. Are you using custom templates or anything there?
  9. You would need to contact the author of your theme in order to ask this question. Not knowing what changes you have in your themes means we are unable to provide a clear answer on that for you, unfortunately.
  10. If this is not something you are comfortable with, have you ever considered our cloud platform? It would certainly save you ever needing to deal with servers again
  11. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  12. If you click on a "fix it" button, it will give you advise on what needs to be done, of give the opportunity to automatically fix, depending on what the particular item in question is. In the case of a 3rd party application, it will generally let you know what its seeing, and advise on contacting the author
  13. If you test this on a default unaltered theme with all 3rd party items disabled, are you seeing the same issue there?
  14. Sorry to hear this. Ensure you report the issue to the author of that item. Unfortunately, the only way we can advise in which you can restore an account is with the restoration of a recent backup. I realise from what you mention above, that's not the ideal option for you.
  15. Could I please confirm you are referring to this when you changed your mind? I ask as Im unable to replicate this in any way
  16. If an account is deleted entirely, the only way in which to restore that account would be to restore your database. Please could you provide the exact step by step action to replicate this as I don't appear to be able to replicate
  17. Thank you for coming back to let us know 🙂
  18. Please check the support area of your admin CP and ensure you arent awaiting any patches, as this looks to be one of the items we patched
  19. Please provide the image you are trying to upload so we can take a look.
  20. Also ensure you 'merge'. By this I mean it should only be replacing files that already exist. It shouldn't be deleting anything.
  21. As I mentioned above, you need FULL read and write access to the database. What you are mentioning there are MySQL server level permissions, not database permissions.
