  1. Like I said, I'll get on it when I have the time...
  2. I will do it when I have the time, no ETA. Currently working on different projects. You can follow the app on the marketplace to get update notifications:
  3. I understand and will consider adding that.
  4. I don't really understand what you mean, with that being said though. Multiple UUIDs was requested alot since users have multiple PCs/laptops/tablets/phones these days. That's already there, it is a language string that can be changed easily.
  5. Can you give me FTP access?
  6. Chek the system/error logs in ACP->Support. There should be more verbose error(s).
  7. Hey, if it is a bug, then it is not a known one Check if your default ("Guest") group has following permission set: b_virtualserver_info_view b_virtualserver_channel_list b_virtualserver_client_list b_virtualserver_servergroup_list b_virtualserver_channelgroup_list PS. sorry for the late reply.
  8. Seems to me like you forgot to whitelist the new server ip on your TS servers firewall and/or in query_ip_whitelist.
  9. It shouldn't matter, perhaps you have php logs where it is logged? If not, I'd most likely need access to your ACP&FTP to debug this issue.
  10. 500Error is an internal server error. Would most likely need to take a look in the server logs (apache/nginx) for more information.
  11. Can you provide me with ACP/FTP access to debug this?
  12. It is a different task called "removeUnlinkedGroups", did you run that or the syncGroup task?
  13. Oh, currently not being used. Will most likely use it in the future to retrieve icons (such as custom group icons).
  14. File manager? Not sure what you are referring to.
  15. If you have a VPS you should be able to use iptables/firewalld depending on your system (idk how it works on windows server). If you are on a shared host, you would need to contact your host.
  16. The ports need to be open at your site's server too. Did you make sure that is the case?
  17. Error/system logs only say connection timed out? Nothing more verbose? Have you checked your TS server logs for any clues?
  18. Is your websites IP address whitelisted on the ts server (firewall and query_ip_whitelist)?
  19. Check the permissions of the upload folder, maybe IPS cannot write to that directory thus causing these issue. If you need more help, feel free to PM me. No need to clutter this thread up more
  20. I really doubt that this is related to my app. Seems to be something with your IPS install, have you tried installing another app? Did you run the support tool to clear the cache?
  21. It is working fine for me, latest version of my app & latest IPS version. Check your system/error logs for any information, check your config, test the connection (in the ACP). If nothing helps, I'd need to take a look at your installation directly.
  22. I'll have a look when I get home.
  23. Just uploaded a new version with a fix.
  24. Have you tried using the "Test Connection" it should tell you if it's the connection that is failing. If that is the case, check system/error logs for clues about to why it is failing, timeout, wrong password etc. Or if you want, you can send me a PM with ACP access and I will have a look for you.
  25. Have you setup everything correctly? Have you whitelisted your website IP on your TeamSpeak server? If you are unsure about the settings, please private message me a screenshot of your settings so I can check them.
