Stuart Silvester's post in EX1286 Something went wrong. Please try again. was marked as the answer
This is a problem with your server, you will need to contact your web host/server administrator for assistance.
Your AdminCP URL is showing the actual error "Unknown storage engine 'InnoDB'"

Stuart Silvester's post in number of files display problem was marked as the answer
Hi,
I have fixed the category counts for you, that was a converter bug which we'll have fixed in a future release. The link looks like it may have been malformed in your original software, but we'll need to look further to confirm. We'll move this to a ticket to look further since we'll need database access.

Stuart Silvester's post in For Guests: Clicking on Time Stamp does not take you to that post but rather the thread's first post was marked as the answer
Yes, this is intentional for guests. Please take a look at our recent SEO blog it highlights why these kinds of links can be a problem and why they no longer link through a redirect.

Stuart Silvester's post in Content encoding error was marked as the answer
PHP recently pushed out some updates (8.0.17 and 8.1.4) that are causing issues in several PHP projects when zlib compression is enabled in php.ini. The best work around at the moment is to disable zlib compression on your server, or ask your host to if you cannot.

Stuart Silvester's post in error500 was marked as the answer
Hi,
It looks like there was a permissions issue with the existing template cache files in the folder configured for the template caching. Deleting those template cache files and allowing them to recreate with the correct permissions has fixed the issue. Alternatively, disabling template disk caching is a quick way to address an issue like this (you'll see in AdminCP > System > Support > System Log many errors relating to disk caching)

Stuart Silvester's post in 3.8 vBulletin conversion error was marked as the answer
That sounds like you've got a member account in vBulletin with a stored post count of more than 8,388,607 (the maximum our equivalent field can store). I'm fairly sure this would be a bogus value or a bug in vB that stored the wrong value. If you have a look at the users table in your vB database, have a look for any users where the 'posts' column is larger than 8388607 and adjust it to something smaller.

Stuart Silvester's post in Unable to sign in to Marketplace from AdminCP was marked as the answer
Your staging site is behind a password prompt, you would need to temporarily disable that whilst you sign in. Alternatively, you may be able to exclude <url>/index.php?app=core&module=system&controller=marketplace from your password prompt.

Stuart Silvester's post in Unable to Pull User Information was marked as the answer
Invision Community doesn't have the concept of ResourceOwnerIds. It isn't part of the OAuth 2 specification that we follow.
Something like that would be used where many tenants/sites may be hosted on one single platform, i.e. where customers use Azure AD the ResourceOwnerId would be the tenant ID to make sure the requests are going to the correct customer account.

Stuart Silvester's post in Sitemap.xml to submit for google console was marked as the answer
Sitemaps are automatically submitted to Google when they're generated/updated.
However, if you want it to be viewable in Google Search Console you still need to submit it for it to show up in the UI. <community_url>/sitemap.php is the correct URL to submit

Stuart Silvester's post in Paypal double charge was marked as the answer
PayPal are completely in charge of when they take payment (unlike other payment gateways, we cannot tell them when to charge the customer). With that type of set up, it isn't really possible for us initiate a duplicate charge unless the customer has gone through the checkout process twice and set up two different subscriptions.
We have previously seen PayPal Subscriptions collect payments a month or more late though which may explain this. You may find that the customer didn't get charged for the previous period.
I have created a support ticket for this so we can look further.

Stuart Silvester's post in Please Help asap was marked as the answer
Hi,
The Image Proxy functionality was removed in 4.5.0 (almost two years ago). If your image proxy settings are currently set to retain images indefinitely, they will continue to be stored locally after upgrade, otherwise they will revert to the original remote URL.

Stuart Silvester's post in Update 4.6.10 Error was marked as the answer
That error suggests that your server wasn't able (for an unknown reason) to connect to our systems to get the new files. This may have been a temporary issue based on some of the other logs on your system.
The real issue is a permissions issue:
Mon, 07 Feb 2022 16:42:49 +0100 Exception::0 fopen(../../error.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied #0 /is/htdocs/<path>/admin/upgrade/extract.php(241): Extractor->_extractFile(1) #1 /is/htdocs/<path>/skfipb4/admin/upgrade/extract.php(643): Extractor->extract(0) #2 {main} Your System Log also shows other permission-based errors over the last few days when trying to store CSS.
