Stuart Silvester's post in Bug 4.7.11 Commerce Subscriptions incorrect was marked as the answer
This is a feature for 'gifting' a subscription, which is why it's always free for the first term (at least), so this looks like it's working as intended. If you want someone to pay for a Subscription, create an invoice for them instead, adding the subscription product.
We can fix that double month though.

Stuart Silvester's post in Stripe Payment Error was marked as the answer
This issue was being caused by the payment gateway trying to use customer data from Stripe's test mode on the live gateway.
It's always a good idea remove the gateway that was used for the Stripe test mode during set up and create a new one for live transactions.

We're looking into it!

Stuart Silvester's post in Users complaining of being sent to the 'offline' page was marked as the answer
Requests to that URL are totally normal. The service worker requests and caches the page so it can be shown on the device if network connectivity is lost, or the server is unreachable.
If your users are seeing it, that would suggest that they're unable to connect for some reason.

One or more of your other login handlers will also be set to display name or email address. You will also need to edit those and set them to display name only.

Stuart Silvester's post in Confusing message: "The application/zip file format(s) are not supported." was marked as the answer
CKEditor is showing that message, but we don't use that for the upload system. We use our own CKEditor plugin.
This should however be resolved in 4.7.9

Stuart Silvester's post in Problem After Migration was marked as the answer
This is a fairly niche thing (since it requires an undocumented feature to be enabled), but there's a work around for this included in 4.7.8
Fixed an issue that may occur when using search and MySQL read/write separation.

Stuart Silvester's post in Marketplace - problem with uploading files. was marked as the answer
Yes, that's right, alternative contacts can no longer submit Marketplace resources. Only primary account holders are able to do this.
I had a look at your primary account, I think the issue is that you have multiple accounts and you're not signing into the right one, or the incorrect one has been linked with the client area. Please try signing in with it now. If that doesn't work we'll move this to a ticket.

Stuart Silvester's post in Market login issue. was marked as the answer
You have something called pro-managed protection blocking the requests we were sending to your server.
Error text: Host: <host> Request: /cookies.html?cdata=8ec7ab5fdd2ece6fb2053d0814614cb6&backurl=https://f<host>/index.php?app=core&module=system&controller=marketplace&pmtry=3 HTTPS: on Protocol: HTTP/1.1 User IP: <ip> Browser: InvisionCommunity/1.0 Referer: Timemark: 1679200791 ErrorCode: 405 ClusterNodeID: M-26
Your issue is something different that we're looking in to, we'll update your ticket when we have further information.

Stuart Silvester's post in developer tools virus was marked as the answer
It looks like this is something your server administrator has set up to block ZIP/archives that have Java script files in them. See https://sanesecurity.com/foxhole-databases/ - The virus error message is a bit mis-leading, but it's how the database flags the file for ClamAV to reject.
I also want to post a reminder than developer tools should never be used on a live or publicly accessible website.

Stuart Silvester's post in Redirects in email links causing issues. was marked as the answer
The redirect in this case is for email click tracking.
You can toggle that via AdminCP > System > Email Settings > 'Log Statistics'.

Stuart Silvester's post in Upgrading from 4.7.7 to 4.7.8 fails was marked as the answer
We've deployed a fix for this issue. If you have a stuck upgrade, download the files from the Client Area and manually upload to your community. Then continue the upgrade at <url>/admin/upgrade .
If you have upgraded yet, there's nothing to worry about. This fix is included in all future upgrades.

Stuart Silvester's post in DB Error 4.7.7 to 4.7.8 was marked as the answer
You can ignore this, we'll fix this in a future release but it doesn't cause any harm.

Hi David,
We've got your site in debug mode whilst we're looking into your other issue. You'll need to wait for us to disable that before you can upgrade. I'll be providing an update to you via that ticket momentarily.

The secondary group element changes into a multi-select element when you have more than 25 member groups.
