I was sent an email today (the email did land in spam folder) from this person stating they found some vulnerabilities and after asking what they were, they replied back with a list. I'm unsure if it's an automated email, or if it's a scammer, but it may be worth it for someone from IPS to look into? Who do I contact for this?

I still had the previous priority support ongoing, before the changes, so that one wasn’t available anymore.

What is the current full price and renewal? Priority Support is no longer valid, correct?

A renewal is due now but due to the price hikes, I need to cancel downloads and priority support since one I have never used and the other I cannot use anymore. How do I go about doing this?

Do we need to disable Cloudflare version if we have the IPS one?

If we decide to turn the community offline, Oauth Client logins stop working. Is this the intended behavior?

I have a similar issue. Except mine is for ranks. I'm not receiving any notifications at all when ranking up. I did apply the notifications patch too.

- Added a Limit of 1 to the First Comment query to improve performance.

Recently changed some posting website links settings and decided to rebuild existing content. The progress is now stuck on posts and the queue task has been locked. Manually running doesn't work, gives an error code 1S111/1 without a message. could someone from IPS be able to look into this?

If you disabled all 3rd party customizations via the support tool and still had the issue, it's probably something IPS has to look into.

Mine is showing anonymous users logged in but I have that function disabled!
