  1. Appreciate it if someone can help display the paid club activities (topics, sidebar, events and calendar) to members as well.

    Guests can view all, but members can't. Some permission settings we must have changed in the past, and wish to revert to the default members setting now.

    Its the same in the slightly modified template and in stock (blue color template). So it seems like a permission issue, we are facing.

    This is already on, what else we are missing, please help.

  2. Thanks, Jim and Alex, I have proceeded with manual placement of getting individual size-based ad codes from Google and placed them through IPS advertisement section.

    Do I further need any other head or body code for global application?

    The reason I am asking this is that Google ads are not loading on all pages. About 50% are loading and another 50% show whitespace as if the ad is waiting to be shown.

    I thought it may be due to limited inventory as per the size I opted for initially, then turned to responsive square and horizontal, still the ads not showing on all pages.

  3. How do we integrate Google Ads?

    From the Integration tab, I see the Google Tag option, which if enabled asks for GTM Head Snippet and GTM Body Snippet. Is that the correct place to integrate Google Ads?

    As Google Ads asks to put below script in the head tag:

  4. We have added cloudflare CDN before our server by changing the NS record at domainlevel and added same DNS record (NS1 and 2 along with all MX, A, CNAME, TXT) with cloudflare.

    Website is working fine, but emails are failing from IPS backend.

    Is there any new setting needed at the IPS backend too? Please help.

    When I try to resend a failed email, we get this error message.

  5. Thanks Marc, any help on how to identify the guest IP making checkout, so we can block at server level?

    Also I hope it's not IPS but that making 1 checkout re occur few times, as when I make a guest checkout with incognito mode, it made same subrictiption checkout few times after few minutes. Can you please confirm on this as well?

    The error in the system logs is NOT related to the plugins. It's a bug in Invision it looks like - if guests hit the event-search endpoint without filling anything in on the form, it causes an error due to a bug in the code. It isn't going to be easy to duplicate on your end, but all it takes is submitting an AJAX request (which, to Invision, just means a particular HTTP header is present) to this URL without submitting the form: https://carnity.com/events/event-search/ . I would recommend reporting this to Invision
