Thanks @Daniel F for prompt reply, we are on IPS 4.7.14.
How did we miss this? Or were there any manual changes required that we have missed by relying on auto update setup?
Please advise, how we can fix this issue now.

Appreciate it if someone can help display the paid club activities (topics, sidebar, events and calendar) to members as well.
Guests can view all, but members can't. Some permission settings we must have changed in the past, and wish to revert to the default members setting now.
Its the same in the slightly modified template and in stock (blue color template). So it seems like a permission issue, we are facing.
This is already on, what else we are missing, please help.

Thanks, Jim and Alex, I have proceeded with manual placement of getting individual size-based ad codes from Google and placed them through IPS advertisement section.
Do I further need any other head or body code for global application?
The reason I am asking this is that Google ads are not loading on all pages. About 50% are loading and another 50% show whitespace as if the ad is waiting to be shown.
I thought it may be due to limited inventory as per the size I opted for initially, then turned to responsive square and horizontal, still the ads not showing on all pages.
Any help in the right direction is highly appreciated.

How do we integrate Google Ads?
From the Integration tab, I see the Google Tag option, which if enabled asks for GTM Head Snippet and GTM Body Snippet. Is that the correct place to integrate Google Ads?
As Google Ads asks to put below script in the head tag:

Thanks, Marc, is there any way to filter the bot's views, to measure the real reach and essence of the advertisements?

Can anyone please explain what an Advertisement impression means?
We rarely used them in the past and were always confused about what impression stands for pageviews or ad views or request made by bots too.

I figured it out, the DB I accidentally added to the homepage did not have any permissions as it was an old db, so made it allow all permissions and access the homepage back to delete that sidebar widget.
The site is back online.

At the bottom on page, I see this error
Error code: 2T254/2

@Marc Stridgen can you please help urgently in advising how to remove one of db added to the homepage?
I intended to add one of db records on the sidebar widget on the homepage and that didn't work but it blocks the homepage now.
Appreciate your early intervention in this critical issue, please.
Tried adding to another dummy page, so it get unlink from homepage, but didn't work

We need to add schema markup codes on a few pages for adding reviews and ratings, wondering where is the best place to insert them? Please advise

When we sign out from any account (member or admin), it display page does not exist message

So we temporarily shifted to PHP emails

We have added cloudflare CDN before our server by changing the NS record at domainlevel and added same DNS record (NS1 and 2 along with all MX, A, CNAME, TXT) with cloudflare.
Website is working fine, but emails are failing from IPS backend.
Is there any new setting needed at the IPS backend too? Please help.
When I try to resend a failed email, we get this error message.

Thanks Marc, any help on how to identify the guest IP making checkout, so we can block at server level?
Also I hope it's not IPS but that making 1 checkout re occur few times, as when I make a guest checkout with incognito mode, it made same subrictiption checkout few times after few minutes. Can you please confirm on this as well?

Sadly none of the third party plugin uses any login mechanism.
We have verified this with all 4 developers and all of them confirmed, it has nothing to do with their apps.
Appreciate if someone can point into right direction, please.
