sadface201 got a reaction from Jim M in Cannot view profile following v4.7.9 update
It seems our ElasticSearch was inactive and after enabling it, the issue has been resolved.
Thank you Jim!

sadface201 got a reaction from SeNioR- in Cannot access forums in Expanded View
Aside from what's already in there, there are no custom furls nor have any been edited.
I disabled all 3rd party plugins and apps, there was no change.
Our htaccess file:

I am sending a probable FIX in the marketplace. Unfortunately I speak of probable because I have no way of verifying this until after the file has been approved in the marketplace.

After restoring a backup, everything's good to go and we haven't encountered the problem again. Thanks Marc!

sadface201 got a reaction from Fosters in Trophies and Medals - Supporttopic
Thank you! I've figured it out.
We're using Medals as sort of adornments users can buy from the Member Shop app. Problem is, after redeeming the Medal, if a users decides they don't want it anymore, there's no way for them to completely remove it. I understand Moderators can remove Medals, but with 1000s of active users, adhering to everyone's request to delete Medals will get exhausting.
