  5. Hey guys, I am currently testing the referral system on my platform. One user now bought a product using the test referral link and I got a comission. Where can I view the amount of commissions in my user account ? and the 2nd question is - do some of you guys made some experience with the referral system - do user really use that feature or is the a too high possibiliy of fraud when you open the referral system up to all users ?   6. I had setup the system and the payment already appear in stripe - but it did not get resolve. I checked all again and for some reason this time the secret key of the webhook an other code was displayed. So I entered that one now - and now it seemed to work. The IPB sent me an automatic email now that a member purchased a subscription. I hope all is fine now. Thanks for your help.

  8. Hello, I have recently actived the Stripe payment gatway for subscriptions of my members. Now the first customer wanted to make a subscription which got registered at Stripe but the subsription was not proceded and marked as " nicht erfasst " . I contacted the Stripe support and they said all is fine and they think it's a problem with the webhook. Thats the translated message I got from them. Any help or suggestions ? I basicly need the payment gateways for " subscriptions " and it has to work automaticaly. Thanks for the help in forward.

  11. I like the idea of getting rid of FB and others and to focus on the own community and to have a tool to gain more traffic since it is hard enough to pull traffic to your own community. I'll might be in when the beta phase is over.
  12. Hi everybody, I want to optimize my sitemap settings including the robots.txt file. Now here is the situation. My IPB is in a subfolder of my domain hanspeterkruesi.com/members - the main domain has 3 static pages ( like landing pages ) which lead to the departments of the IPB. Now the question is - do I have to mention those 3 static pages in the robots.txt file or I just create 2 sitemaps. The one which is generated automaticly by the IPB + on which takes the static pages + hanspeterkruesi.com/members into the list ? Thanks for your help in forward.
  13. My SEO adviser gave me the suggestion that I should run my IPB in english and german. Does anybody have any experience in this matter ? Does it in fact make a difference in the SEO ? And is it then possible to have the core on the IPB in 2 languages ? Thanks for the help in forward.

  16. That is a non Admin account - and I logged in with a random member - was the same.
  17. I just updated my selfhosted community - I did not find the deletion feature in the Account Settings. Where is it exactly located ?
  18. I made more tests - as it seems as soon as one want to purchase more then 1 from any product in store and you want to pay with paypal the error message displayed above appears. 1 Product works.
  19. as an additional information - i checked the manual payment gateway there all works fine.
  20. I did some further investigation : It seems like when I order one product of 85 US$ then it works but when I order 5 of them then I get an error message. One week ago it was possible to make orders with more then 1 product - then I did the current upgrade and as it seems it's not possible anymore....
  21. A customer just wrote me that he was not able to make the paypal payment for a bigger order ( approx. 800 US$ ) and sent me an errormessage. I logged in with a test account to test the payment gateway. All was working - the paypal window popped up where you need to enter the code provided by SMS. But the amount which I tested was lower. So my question is - was this just a temporary error or is there something need to be fixed ? I also checked the settings in AP - all looked normal since I never changed the settings anymore since the system is running. Thanks for the help in forward.
  22. OK sorry I did not see that - I found that feature now and was able to import the email list into a bulk mail software where I can set the numbers of mails send in a certain timeframe. So I have a solution now. 🙂 I know - was just a request for a possible future upgrade with such a feature. something like that :
  23. and I think it's more a problem that you get on a blacklist of the ones who supposed to receive the emails. These are the instructions they sent me .. translated from german : -------- General dispatch guidelines: In order not to risk blacklisting and/or significant dispatch delays on the part of recipient mail servers, it is of enormous importance that dispatch is neatly staggered. In addition to the monthly volume limit, the following limits are mandatory: maximum 40 mails / minute maximum 2000 mails / hour maximum 5000 mails / day
