  1. I have a different opinion in that if it is important enough to create the redirect, and it shows up in other views, I don't see why it should not be an option to view whilst in fluid view. It is possible to bastardise the "Show Rules" and add the link in the forum header though this ends up excluding "(xxxx visits to this link)"... Ted.
  2. Can it be made visible again, whilst in Combined Fluid View, like it does at the top of a discussions forum? Ted.
  3. I have a forum enabled with "Combined Fluid View" containing a child forum and a redirect forum/ URL. The redirect is not showing up on the right side panel that lists the child forums. I would have thought the redirect would still be visible (and none selectable) even though it cannot be used for filtering. For users to see the redirect is available they need to go to the main index page. Is this correct and by design? Ted.
  4. @Marc Stridgen can this topic be moved to the feedback forum please? Ted.
  5. @Marc Stridgen can I propose a field to exclude file types be considered in a future update please? I would like to prevent certain file types being uploaded/ attached to posts and topics... Ted.
  6. Some users have reported 0 byte files being downloaded from Downloads. This is likely due to files not transferring over during a server relocation. Is there an easy way to run an holistic report in Downloads to find all missing files? Ted.
  7. Thank you for resolving and the update. I will let you know if there are any further issues the next time I run a rebuild of content... Ted.
  8. Would it be possible to update this to include verification of all email address changes? Not just verification on registration. It is common for accounts to be registered with a throwaway email (e.g. Gmail) account and after change the email to a disposable address... Ted.
  9. If using IndexNow to notify search engines of new content and it turns out to be a spammer that has been flagged there is no way that I am aware of to notify/ update search engines to remove the content from their search queries. Can IndexNow be restricted to specific user groups so that it helps to prevent spam content becoming visible in search queries a few minutes after posting? Ted.
  10. @Marc Stridgen I think what I have been neglecting to add, and the actual problem I am trying to highlight, is that the deleted support topics are becoming visible again in the forums. After the Downloads topic contents have been rebuilt they should not be viewable/ hidden in the forum and remain "deleted" and accessible only in Moderator CP -> Deleted Content... Ted.
  11. If the Downloads file is not viewable or accessible and is "deleted" (scheduled for deletion) why go ahead and rebuild it? Note, once the topic content has been rebuilt the file in Downloads is not accessible anyway... Ted.
  12. Scenario, "Permanently delete content" has an x day period set before permanently deleting content. In Downloads after a file has been "deleted" it is possible for the "Get Support" topic to be recreated when using the "rebuild topic content" feature in "AdminCP -> Downloads -> Categories -> Forum Topics" whilst the Downloads file is awaiting deletion. It would be better if the "rebuild topic content" only rebuilt content that has not been set for deletion... Ted.
  13. Excluding the IP related issue above, AdminCP is showing the same, "Server time may be inaccurate", message. I came here and searched see if anyone else had reported this problem, seems I am not alone... Ted.
  14. @Randy Calvert Thank you for the link. Unfortunately no change for me here, still having the same problem with prefixes being added... Ted.
  15. @Marc Stridgenno-one had logged in for over a week and there was no response or update here so I deleted the accounts. It is still an ongoing issue for me, do you still require access to investigate? Ted.
  16. @Stuart Silvester FTP details updated. Please can you let me know when finished. Thank you... Ted.
  17. @Stuart Silvester the account information I have updated, using the new account details provided in the AdminCP Get Support link. If you have any further problems let me know... Ted.
  18. Any further details on this, what is the cause and what triggered it? Ted.
  19. Try this link: https://forum.tuts4you.com/files/file/2337-arteam-tutorials/ Below is how the files are named in the Downloads folder. Oddly the PinMe! file does not have the prefix when you download from Downloads... Ted.
  20. Files being uploaded to Downloads are now being saved with prefixes such as this at the beginning of the file name, "1125925611_". Did I miss something in a recent update and can this be disabled? Ted.
  21. Miscommunication. I was more diligent after I posted and ran some tests of my own and then confirmed with members they were overlooking clicking the correct options (verifying using another method)... Ted.
  22. Think I have this fixed now, please disregard. Apologies... Ted.
