No. You can view the reaction type usage as a statistic, the applications that receive the most reputation, and the content that receives the most reputation. These are three different charting capabilities and are not combined into one chart.
You can use date range filtering for each of these charts, however.
    1) Each admin can create and define their own filters, they are not shared.
    2) There is a table view available, yes (so you can see a list of the transactions from your top spenders)
    3) If you look closely at my screenshot, I'm actually on page 2 of 6 of those tags (I have more than 5 tags in use). Obviously the usefulness of this sort of chart will depend upon your exact data. If you have 7000 different tags, you probably won't be able to effectively "compare" them using a basic chart like this.
If you re-read the first paragraph on Chart Filters, you will see that this has been addressed.
You can now open the menu, click 'none', and then click Germany and Ukraine, then click out of the menu (or the save button that is now at the bottom of the menu) to refresh the chart.

You would go to the chart, set the filters however you want (i.e. choose all the t-shirts and nothing else), and then save those filters as a saved chart. You can come back whenever you want to view your saved charts in the future.

Just because a feature isn't in this version doesn't mean we don't think it's important  We can only do so much in any one release. Clubs in particular is a very new feature and has both been used by more people than we expected, and in ways we never thought of. It will take a few releases to add everything everyone wants. I'm really glad you love the feature so much! The vast majority of our customers do not come to these forums. We get a lot of ideas for features through support channels (either explicitly or by asking "how do I do this?" for something you can't do). So don't assume "nobody has requested" something. We wouldn't waste our time adding features nobody is requesting!

I've built that engine, and I'm about to tear down another one to put on some "not road legal or not for use in California" parts.

I assure you, tagging is still supported, and has been enhanced as outlined in this article.

All non-guest groups are available for the album owner to choose from.
Note that if the album is contained within a club, another submission option available is "All club members".
You can specify the maximum dimensions for the small and large sized images, which are the only images routinely shown throughout the software. Users can explicitly view the full size original image or download it, but they are not displayed throughout the software otherwise. The rebuild routine takes into account these settings.
It is necessary to store the original image in order to be able to reapply watermarks down the road, or resize images to other dimensions if you change your mind.
The ad is still available in the mobile view (note that when you set up advertisements in the AdminCP you can specify different code for mobile vs desktop, so you can still not show an ad on mobile if you wish).

Instead of going right to "X,Y,Z still need to be done" as others here have replied, let me commend the Invision crew on some truly outstanding improvements to Gallery.  Well done!

    1) We clean up the files no longer used on upgrade automatically.
    2) The option shows up right next to the 'Set credit on all' button, but Matt must have had tagging disabled/been submitting as a user without permission when taking the screenshot.

Next time anybody suggests that the Invision Community team doesn't listen, send them to this article. There's so much here that I've seen people bring up over the past year. What an amazing product. You lovely, lovely people.

We can't speak as to why Google might do something or not do something. The message there, for instance, but be from a flag set in one server in their environment that doesn't update right away as search results are reindexed.
I can confirm Google sees the page as mobile-friendly: https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly?url=https%3A%2F%2Farbtalk.co.uk%2Fforums%2Ftopic%2F28412-what-chainsaw-boots%2F

Anonymous logins will remain anonymous and not be reflected by the member visits tool.
No, these new statistic tools are not intended to track duplicate logins.
If you are looking to find instances of where an account has been logged into by more than one IP address, you can likely do this by looking at the Device History for an account. If you are attempting to find instances where one IP address logs in to multiple different accounts - why? Several users can visit from a single VPN for instance, but they're still distinct users.
These changes are not designed to track keywords from search engines, no. The keyword tracking feature is designed to track usage of defined keywords within your site.

CSS and Javascript content are already minified and combined (where logical) behind the scenes - no secondary processing needed (this is done by the theme system automatically).

Summer is generally accepted to be June-Aug here, however note that "Summer 2017" is intended to be generalized and not indicate a specific time/date.

In case someone runs into this: I had a modified globalTemplate in 4.1. So after the upgrade I now had to revert that to see the new features such as the Complete Your Account progress bar.

If Commerce adds 'Content' as a secondary group, the group promotions system will not remove that secondary group, unless the user hits a group promotion rule that says to do so. The group promotion system, thus, can be used to add (and remove) other secondary groups, giving you more flexibility.
The upgrader is designed to retain existing group promotion configurations by converting them to the new group promotions rules system.
