    Thank you for your prompt response. Nothing I know of. I do use Chatbox+ 2.8.3. But that should use the server IP, shouldn't it? Other users posted in the community during the time I couldn't (the issue has resolved now). There is only one entry for today (around the time the errors occurred), before that, the last was some days ago:

    Happens again today. In between, I can post something. Then I am blocked again.

    Same here, and it is often the first page a (new) visitor sees. If I was greeted with such a page somewhere else, I would leave immediately. And I haven't seen something similar on any other website. There is no hint that the user is on the website he intended to visit, just the warning/captcha as first impression.

    Currently, it seems that the issue is resolved. I was able to post. I'll give an update if I am blocked again.

    Thank you. My domain hosting provider recommends using DNSSEC to secure the domain name.

    I don't have this behavior on any other website. Today I visited my community first time after the night (computer booted and new browser session), typing in the URL (autocomplete) – and got a version of the page that shows me, that the last entry was 14 hours ago. If I were an average user, I would think “okay, nothing new” and go away. Aren't cache headers (https://www.keycdn.com/blog/http-cache-headers) used to prevent this? At least for logged-in users? If I go to, e.g., LinkedIn, I always get an updated view. Also on news sites, even if I am not logged in.

    Thank you for your responses. I do have links to new (/discover/) and unread content in my main navigation and at the top of my home page. Still, many user (and also myself) are used to going to a news site or blog and seeing, at first glance, what's new. It also happens to me, on my desktop computer with Wi-Fi connection and no data saving options activated. Shouldn't the system trigger the browser to load a new version of the page if there are any updates? I don't have this issues on other news sites or blogs I visit regularly. It sometimes even happens if I start on the homepage, then go to another page of my site and then turn back to the homepage. Only if I then click F5, I get a refreshed version of the homepage.

    At the top of my homepage/forumhome I have a block with new forum entries. If I (or other users) come back after some time, it still shows the old list. Only if we hit F5 it will update.     There is a patch that addresses the issue. System > Smart Community > Spam Analysis > Settings

    A new forum thread was marked as possible spam by spam analysis - if I try to approve it, I get a notification, that I have No authorization to do this.

    I did that. The notification is still there. If I click on “Run now”, I get this error: And the lock is back where it was.

    Same here (cloud). And “Run now” throws another error (2C124/2). The protocol is empty.

    Yes, I think I did this. But how can I reverse it? I don't want to change any templates.
