  1. Hello,

    The subscription system is a strong point of IPB and subscribers are often the pillar of a community.
    Unfortunately, unlike products, it is not possible to display them in the registration form, unlike products, it is only possible to "force" the purchase during the registration.

    Is it possible to propose an optional subscription in the registration form?ย

    Sincerely,

    Kims

  2. Hello,

    We have just made the big move to IPB 4.7 to take advantage of the new alert function for an upcoming event.
    This system is very well done, but it lacks a little something, indeed, on the example below, when the user clicks on the small arrow of the iframe to access the topic, this same alert is displayed again on the newly opened page:ย

    unknown.png?width=1331&height=671

    ย

    Is it possible to make sure that if the user clicks on an iframe integrated to the alert, it is considered as read without having to click on "Dismis"? Or is it possible to create a "Go to topic" button?ย
    This would be a great tool!ย

    Sincerely,

    Kims

  4. Hello,

    We are currently experiencing a problem with the validation of a member who has applied for a club:ย

    mysqli_sql_exception: Duplicate entry '13-7236' for key 'PRIMARY' (1062)
    #0 /var/www/vhosts/fallout-generation.com/httpdocs/system/Db/Db.php(659): mysqli_stmt->execute()

    #4 /var/www/vhosts/fallout-generation.com/httpdocs/system/Dispatcher/Controller.php(90): IPS\core\modules\front\clubs\_view->acceptRequest()

    #7 /var/www/vhosts/fallout-generation.com/httpdocs/index.php(13): IPS\_Dispatcher->run()
    #8 {main}

    However, the internal verification tools do not indicate any errors.

    Sincerely,

    Kims

  5. Hello,

    A better integration and visibility of the surveys would be great indeed!

    Why not make page more powerful and allow the creation of a multi-survey system like Google form via a database with several types of form fields? (Checkbox, free room, value, ect...) to collect the answers in the back with the possibility to integrate them in the topics via a javascript call?ย

    During our previous polls for the creation of a card game via the association, we had to redirect our community to vote via google form, which is a pity, since our Facebook/discord users are not the same, some would have certainly taken advantage of it to finally register ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. Hello,

    After a positive answer from the support, I am about to renew my licenses and I see that Blog is still active and that the refund in the form of credit is not done.

    Is there a delay in this type of situation?ย

    Sincerely,

    Kims

    There is great option for that - Subscriptions. Build it into Nexus too.

    We already use the subscription system for our memberships, but the subscription sets a price, in the case of donations, everyone gives what they want.
    The problem is that some people could possibly decide to give 5-10โ‚ฌ every month in addition to their membership, but don't have the means to do so (because they just don't think about it) ๐Ÿ™‚

  8. Hello,

    We are an association and we use the donation module of nexus to finance ourselves.
    For this year, I am looking to increase the volume of our donations because our costs are structural and new projects are coming up and I realize that Nexus only offers one-shot donations.
    Is it possible to add an option "a bit like patreon" so that our members can make a monthly donation via paypal or stripe?ย
    The option could be used, but would allow to do without this type of platform ๐Ÿ™‚

    Cordialy,

    Just talked with one of our developers and they are aware of an issue which will need to be patched concerning this issue you're encountering. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Ok thanks! We did my update yesterday just after a server change, I thought that our infrastructure change was the cause of our problems, that's why I was a bit late to show up (and that explains my mood :o), usually IPBoard doesn't give me any trouble unlike Mediawiki, but it seems that the latter is very eager to take its revenge ๐Ÿ˜•

  10. Here is an extract of log on one of the impacted pages:ย

    And unfortunately this also impacts the notification system if I make a database modification on an impacted entry and it generates a notification:ย
