Lawyers requesting text change on registration signup

Hi, Our lawyers have gone over the forums' signup, and the agreement text on the registration process. They would like us to change the "I agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy" text to "I agree to the Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy". They explained this as I had a look in the theme's HTML/CSS, and the system settings and can't see any place where this would be configurable, can you confirm if this is possible, and if so where we can set this? Thanks!
