Tip: download, upload, run this, correct any errors if they appear.
Wouldn't be surprised if it came back indicating a database connection issue.

Commerce is the difference here. You can charge for submission, sell stuff, manage renewals, etc. If all you want is to show some text (the ad) and some pictures, then Pages is perfect for you. Or even topics.
I still didn’t make my mindy yet, I will probably develop it, but Commerce definitely will be required.

What is a “delayed” post? You mean a topic with future publish date? If so, sounds like a bug and I guess already reported. 
Not sure.

If this is indeed items with a future publish date, Im not able to replicate this on our latest release, unless the user has access to see items that are to be posted in the future. We would need more information on this

The system SHOULD automatically respect permissions.  If they don't have permission to view an item, it should not appear.  Since it's not "live" yet, it should not be showing in the results.
I believe what Marc is saying is that when using a stock board on the latest version, he was able to publish something with a future date and validated it did not appear in the latest activity stream for him.  I THINK he's asking for you to confirm if you're running the latest version of IPB and if not, you might want to upgrade to see if the problem still occurs.  (It's possible the issue is fixed in a later release than what you may be running.)

I am sorry to tell you there will be no way to overcome this. Looking at your source, which is the state of Pennsylvania website, not all their site is using HTTPS. For example, if you try to visit http://www.dot35.state.pa.us/public/Districts/District2/WebCams/CAM02022CCTV26.jpg it works, but https://www.dot35.state.pa.us/public/Districts/District2/WebCams/CAM02022CCTV26.jpg does not contain a certificate (it is not HTTPS enabled). Since this is not your website, it is outside of your control.

I think it would be really nice to have the ability to create a post and schedule it to be posted at a later date/time.  This would allow me to do a LOT of work ahead of time on my forum.  

You'd need to supply some custom CSS in your theme's custom.css. There's not a separate setting for this.

Add voice comment ability.

Just installed the new version of classifieds but in the text widget the option to check "show only on classifieds home" still doesnt work, as it also shows on categories pages

All my categories reads zero and after ads being placed it is still 0

I have complained about this for a very long time now, submitted bug reports and it has never been fixed. I removed all the email contacts in the classifieds and only use phone numbers or the messenger as I was tired of getting all the emails sent to me instead of the seller.
