We are simply following our internal security policy in asking for proof that you are who you claim to be, nothing more than that. We aren't trying to strong-arm you into renewing. 🙂
Asking us to cancel an account. when the request comes from an email which is not associated to the purchase at all, is something we cannot do without proof. This protects both the integrity of your account, and us, from malicious actors.
Since you said the email used to register can't be used, we asked for an alternative way to prove your identity, in the form of a government-issued identification. (You did previously reply, "If you allow any other verification, please do let me know." We did offer the alternative method, which you indicated you were not comfortable doing.)
This has been policy for a very long time when an email address expires or is deleted, and we receive a request to cancel an account, license, or package. I'm sorry you feel this is not an acceptable way to do this.
That said, if you've removed your credit card from the Client Area, any renewal would go unpaid and eventually expire on its own.

Of the 147 members who were classified as 4 but not FASed, about 30 are likely spam accounts (based on manual classification by one of my moderators), which gives a precision of 61% (39% false positive rate) when classifying based on a score of 4.
I'd be happy to share some more detailed data with you if there's anything that you think would be helpful - feel free to reach out by ticket/email/PM(/slack), whatever is easiest.

I like to have option to block an IP address from front-end under ADMIN account only...
It will give us the tool to fight faster with spam posts or accounts
When you click > the IP on a post it gives you > more about this IP > I like to have a button to block that IP on that Page
is this possible?

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
 

The Pages database relationship field is great for collecting more complex data that doesn’t fit in simple lists. But the field is not very user-friendly. 
First of all, it would be great to bring back more input options as in 3.4. At the moment, we only have the “type-ahead” input. But that means users need to know what record they want to link to upfront and they need to learn that they have to start typing to find it. For the majority of databases (which don’t have thousands of entries) a drop-down menu would be a better choice. It would clearly tell the users their choices without any guesswork about the entries or how to get to them. 
But my main problem is the fact that the field has no option to deal with missing entries. As admin I understand it and can deal with it, but for the users, it’s way too confusing. The field should show an option to create a missing entry, preferably inline without having to leave the page. Real-world example: A user creates an entry in a book database with links to an author and a publisher database. If an author is not yet available in the author database, it should be possible to create the external author entry instantly and preselect it right from the form creating the book entry. That’s what users would expect. I can’t tell them: first go to database B, C, D, and E and check if your related entries already exist and manually create them if necessary. Only then go to the main database to create your record A which links to B, C, D, and E. 

May need to add that to the internal tags for search.

I've run IPS for probably 15 years or more now, and I still have no idea what this widget is trying to tell me. Below, for example, I have 526 users online, and 71.9% of them are using an app that I don't believe I have...it is an app called "System" 😃 After all these years "System" still makes zero sense to me, and it only obfuscates the ability to see what these 526 users are actually doing on my site (I know for a fact that every single one of them is visiting either my Forums, Pages, or Blogs areas, but can't really see how many are visiting my blogs below, and the percentages are totally off due to the "System" slice of this pie.
If System were eliminated, I might actually be able to know what users are doing on my site, but, unfortunately this widget has never been able to convey this.

If you change a forum name, one simply redirects to the other automatically, so it wouldnt affect it. In fact the name in the URL is simply for the human readable aspect. It's the number that makes the diferrence.
For example, the URL for this forum is

When we use mobile navigating our IPS website, we just can not know by first instance if we already login to, or who is login to. 
I think my below idea bring good change. 
** When is guest navigating, show the traditional hamburger menu. 
** When a members is logged in, show the profile photo and not hamburger icon. 
Now we can see immediately is guest or any member account (obviously is my account) log in. 

This has now been resolved and patched. To apply the patch, please visit your admin CP, and select to install optional patches

One small request if it is possible...
Language control panel under ACP is NOT a friendly environment.... I am going to try to give some feedback to make this friendlier for all of us who have bilingual platform 
Most of us who has bilingual platform; we do not translate admin panel, we only translate front end; therefore we need a good system that separates admin and front end language bits... (very important) When I click on "Untranslated" the admin and front end option should be there too.
