@Mr 13 We've actually optimized all images in the suite too; the default coverphoto image is now ~280KB. Also, cover photos across the suite are indeed lazy loaded too.
@Joel R Yes there's a background task that will clean up the existing letter photos.
For developers, I wanted to add that our lazy loading utility is very flexible, so you can actually use it to lazy load whatever you want, and pretty finely control what happens (with preload, load and post-load callbacks). We hook into IntersectionObserver which is a new(ish) API in browsers that make it super efficient to check when an element comes into view. Of course, our regular content controllers already handle lazy loading images and videos in UGC for you, but if your apps have other areas where it'd be useful, you can do that quite easily 🙂 

Still waiting for proper EU support of Commerce (i.e. taxation based on B2B/B2C clients with live VAT ID checks). Until then, no filters, widgets or other details will make a substantial difference. 

I finally got around to watching all of "It's a Wonderful Life" at the weekend, and I really recommend it.

"Fargo" is at the top of my list. I like the setting and the desparation portrayed ...

Keep saying I am going to rewatch this and never get around to it. Maybe on Monday I will 😄 

Classic favourite is Yankee Doodle Dandy featuring James Cagney - I love all Cagney movies but this one is a stand out for me.
Anything in the Sci-Fi/Fantasy vein after that as long as it is well acted and well produced; such as The Matrix series, Judge Dredd (the Karl Urban version), most of the Star Trek Movies, same with Star Wars and Stargate. 
Currently, most of the Marvel and DC iterations of the various characters - most recently I thoroughly enjoyed Wonder Woman and Avengers Infinity Wars Pt 1.
I never get to the cinema these days so everything is either streamed or on DVD that I watch.

Good Question... i think a lot movies in different categories (i love Horrormoviees and ran an own Horrormovie-Site - with IPS, off course  ) I am a moviefan and have a lot of VHS/LD/DVD/BluRays, I surpass even @bfarber 😮🙄(I stopped collecting VHS and LD years ago)
Hm, i would nominate Die Hard and Alien as my favorite movies, but there are sooooooo much more

Yes the data is deleted automatically. But they're not properly submitted, (i.e. shown to anyone) until the registration is complete - so the question about what would prevent someone from using this feature but never registering is well... their posts are never shown 

what about users who are already registered but not logged in - they've already navigated to a forum and wrote a novel on a new topic or a reply will that content be preserved and added once they 'log in'

While you're swooning to Matt's voice, you can also check out Spam Prevention Suite by @Fosters.  I use it to block certain spam languages for the pesky spam that gets through the IPS stuff.  

When you announce a new minor feature in an upcoming software version and people just post the other stuff they'd like.

The most underrated feature ever! And its not even that complex.
But it seems that the users are living in the FB/iWorld, where you cannot decide which content is most interesting, some ultra-mega-giga-ai-big-data-algorithm does it for you in a totally lame way. Users would rather get useless feed served for them on a plate then spending 5 min to customize a good one. Sad.
