  1. That was the solution, thanks again! ./solved
  2. Great, thank you! http://www.tschepe.biz/ips4.php I will check this!
  3. Hi, I wanted to set up a mirror copy of one of my boards for testing some new style elements. I have done this several times before with this one and other of my IP boards, but this time it's not working as usually and I don't know why. I hope anyone can help me. The original board: www.dasylab-forum.de Mirror copy: www.tschepe.biz Error message: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?', expecting variable (T_VARIABLE) in /www/htdocs/rhatios/forum/init.php on line 1367 What I have done: I have duplicated the database and the html files. After that I edited the index.php in the root directory changing the IPB_URL: define( 'IPB_URL', 'http://www.dasylab-forum.de/forum' ); to define( 'IPB_URL', 'http://www.tschepe.biz/forum' ); and the forum\conf_global.php: 'board_url' => 'https://www.dasylab-forum.de/forum', 'sql_host' => 'dasylab-forum.de', 'upload_url' => 'https://www.dasylab-forum.de/forum/uploads', 'sql_database' => '********', 'sql_user' => '********', 'sql_pass' => '********', to 'board_url' => 'https://www.tschepe.biz/forum', 'sql_host' => 'tschepe.biz', 'upload_url' => 'https://www.tschepe.biz/forum/uploads', 'sql_database' => '********', 'sql_user' => '********', 'sql_pass' => '********', Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help! init.php
  4. Thank you very much, I will play a little bit with the leaderboard, it shows the informations I want to have (but I have to investigate how to restrict the options of the Reputation System). W/ best regards, Peter
  5. That was the first place where I assumed a statistic block like this, but it seems there isn't a standard block showing these informations (Top-10 users by number of postings/content), or am I just blind?! Perhaps there is an easy way to create new blocks by my own?!
  6. Found it, thank you very much! And where can I find the widget you mentioned the post before?
  7. Ah ok, now I found the real problem. In the Menu Manager of the ACP there is an item called 'Leadership', but in the live board you cannot see it. I tried to set the item to a new position an published the menu again, but the item still does not appear (and some other items too). Do I have to activate the leaderboard first or something like this?
  8. Hi, in earlier versions of the board there was a list of the top-posters of all time. The users of my board asked for it and I assumed there is a block of the block manager, but negative report. The only way I found is to make a customized search in the ACP for users with 'content > 10,000' for example, but this is not an option for the standard user and it is not exactly the same (content vs. posts). Is there a simple way to create new blocks by my own? Or does anyone have another idea? Thanks in advance, Peter
  9. I tried using the automatic upgrade tool of the ACP with two of my boards and receive an error with both of them:
  10. This could be, the board stared in 2003. I will start a new ticket - thanks in advance!
  11. Hm when I set the .access-file to root before login to ACP I am not able to do this (login not accepted: https-url). When I first login to ACP and then set the .htaccess-file, I can start the support-tool with step 1, but as before it redirects me instant to step 3. I do not know how to use it to clear the cache
  12. base_url isn't existing, I have 'board_url' => 'https://www.t5net-forum.de/forum', This is a list of all entries with http-strings: <?php $INFO = array ( 'board_url' => 'https://www.t5net-forum.de/forum', 'csite_poll_url' => 'http://www.t5net-forum.de/forum/index.php?showtopic=16466', 'home_url' => 'http://www.t5net-forum.de/', 'html_url' => 'http://www.t5net-forum.de/forum/html', 'upload_url' => 'http://www.t5net-forum.de/forum/uploads', [...] ); I tried to run the support tool (" Something isn't working correctly."), but it redirect me directly from step 1 to 3. Is there another way to clear the cache via ACP?
  13. Hi, I activated SSL for the domain of my board t5net-forum.de and now I tried to set it from http to https. So far it's a little bit try & error (with searching for some helpful informations in other threads, e.g. like this one). So at first I edited the index.php from define( 'IPB_URL', 'http://www.t5net-forum.de/forum' ); to define( 'IPB_URL', 'https://www.t5net-forum.de/forum' ); Then I opened the .../forum/conf_global.php and changed all http://-strings to https://. At last I edited the .../forum/.htaccess and added this code as suggested in the other thread: # RewriteEngine On # RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off # RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301] (at the moment it's not active). So far so good, at the first look everything works fine, but some threads you are not able to open any longer. Do I have to do something more? Perhaps something like ReBuilding?! Thanks in advance for you help, with best regards!

    OK it's working after completely removing and re-installing it.

    I am using the map in other boards and there everything work fine with this version. But I will take a look at it, thank you (but read-only is not really an option for me).
