  1. I am really hoping that Invision will see fit to include a save draft feature, at least for Pages, in IC5. I have lost so much work over the years due to the lack of this simple feature. I just lost 3/4 of an article I wrote because I was going to click another button, and some menu popup jumped in front of me. But also, I have been attempting to work around this for years by setting the post date several days in the future, saving repeatedly, and then backdating it to the current time once I'm ready to publish. This workflow, frankly, is absurd in the year of our lord 2024. Furthermore, it messes with block and new activity sorting by showing those articles that originally had future publish dates at the top of the list, even if they've been read or their backdated date has passed.
  2. Should be a simple one. The main page of a club does not have an H1
  3. You'll need to make an account on your forum for Adsense and provide those credentials to Google.
  4. Also: Only allowing us to put one of these widgets on a page is a bummer. I'd like to put one in my side column set to only show for Tablet and Desktop, and one at the top of my page that only shows on mobile.
  5. Can you let us adjust the layout? or at least center the buttons in mobile view?
  6. I did try to get assistance on Hive Talk https://talk.communityhive.com/topic/64-hive-e-mails-not-updating-even-though-hive-site-updates/ but the place seems abandoned. If I visit the Community Hive website, articles and posts from my site appear in a timely fashion. The e-mail I receive, however, only sends me stuff from Oct/Nov 2023. The daily e-mail seems to be the same few posts/articles over and over again each week. My Hive e-mail today has nothing from my site for the last 2 days though I've been actively posting and it's on the CommunityHive website.
  7. Some forums are huge. 12,000 threads each. I suppose I could filter it down and do move-delete-move, but then I’ve gotta do it on all 80 forums.
  8. A venue would need to be defined as allowing a certain number of tickets in a timeslot too, basically becoming an inventory item, which I think Commerce is doing away with.
  9. Thank you, it worked. I ran it on some smaller volume forums as a test. I'll be getting the Ford forum shortly.
  10. Thank you, I just wanted to be clear that is what you were saying.
  11. If I set that field to 0 for all records in that category and run the task again it will recreate the topic?
  12. Would setting that category back to store comments in the DB rather than forums at least allow people to comment again?
  13. I know I messed up because of the mass move/delete bug. I did a database restore, but I wasn't able to bring everything back. I know the comments themselves are gone, but I'd like to at least recreate the forum threads where they would reside. Content -> Databases -> [database name] -> Forums tab suggests that I could rebuild the topic content and it would recreate those missing threads. It doesn't seem to work. The category I'm most concerned about and can be used as an example is Ford: The Articles category - https://www.cheersandgears.com/articles/news/ford/ The Forum category - https://www.cheersandgears.com/forums/forum/45-ford/ I can see the background task work through up to 100% and take about 7 minutes to complete, but none of the topics are recreated in the forum. I've run it twice.
  14. If you select "Number of comments" is less than or equal to zero, it's the same as selecting "unlimited" and the entire forum will be wiped out. Zero should not even be a selectable option if it is the same as unlimited. My goal was to kill threads with zero replies, but selecting 0 killed all threads and now I'm doing a DB restore.
  15. On this field there should also be an option for "posted by anyone EXCEPT [blank]" The goal of this is that I'm trying to clean up single post threads. However, since I also use my forums to store Article comments, I don't want to bork the comment sections of those articles. Since only about 5 of us ever post articles, I could put that list in the delete-excluding field and that would effectively skip an article that got no comments.
  16. Piling on here 2 years later: Some way to bulk edit Names, Descriptions, etc without having to open each image.
  17. So I think what happened is that my server was having some ill-timed disk write issues. Moves and Copies were failing. Permissions were getting screwed up. I restarted the server and re-uploaded the files and was able to get back in via safe mode and put things back together again.
  18. Apparently, just your mere presence was enough to frighten Safe Mode into working because as soon as you replied, I was able to get into recovery mode. 😂 The log is full of variations of: "TypeError: flock(): Argument #1 ($stream) must be of type resource, bool given (0) #0 /home/ddowdell/public_html/cheersandgears.com/system/Theme/Cache/Template.php(90): flock(false, 1) #" and Error: Call to undefined method IPS\Lang::recordWord() (0) #0 /home/ddowdell/public_html/cheersandgears.com/applications/cms/sources/Theme/Theme.php(610) : eval()'d code(3061)
  19. I am stuck in this scenario now myself. Got into the AdminCP template issue situation, followed the instructions here to uploaded files and upgrade (went to the latest beta). The template issue remains, but now I don't have a version number I can upgrade to.
  20. It's not an IPS thing at all. They have zero control over your site logo being trademarked. It's a file upload to root and a DNS change. What exactly would you have IPS do?
  21. I haven't seen it happen for images lately, but posting has been pretty slow. It does seem to be happening in other ways. It will do this in Outlook fat-client and EMClient, but not in the Gmail web view.
  22. @beats23 - you can install BIMI without getting the certificate, but not all mail clients will recognize it that way, gmail and outlook being two that won't. EMClient and other lesser known ones might. EMClient seems to. You'll need to get your logo into a very specific SVG format and upload it to the root of your website and then install the DNS tag, so it's relatively low effort if you want to try.
  23. Oh okay. Maybe an "Autopay on" indicator in the client area would clear things up then.
  24. So I have a notice in my ACP that my license is up for renewal on the 14th. Fine, I click renew now and it takes me to the client area. The problem is, there's nothing in the Client Area for me to click to actually renew and no indication of what I need to do. Trying to give you guys money here... help me out.
