Is there a way for any newly registered members who's IP traces to a country outside the US or Canada to require manual approval?

Issue has been resolved. 

On a side note, where is the old ticket system to get some real dedicated support at IPB?  I don't often require support but felt like there weren't any options except for a forum post?  Is that really the new support system here at IPB?  Didn't see any options for support ticket and my account says  "My Plan does not include Email Support" now.  I use to pay for priority support but this apparently is not an option anymore?  This was by far the best benefit of IPB, awesome support system but where has that gone now?  Not in the budget anymore?  This site is my lively hood and this last experience has me thinking twice now; please bring back the real support system!  Paid and 1-hour response times - it was AMAZING and the best thing about IPB hands down.  This is a recommendation to the IPB company and not a knock on Marc, who is and always has been nothing short of AWESOME! 

Yeah did that and uploaded files already via FTP. Upgrade screen tells me this:

When I go to the admin/upgrade it tells me I am already running the latest version of software and does not give me the choice to proceed with any updates.  Is there a way to force run the upgrade script again?

Thanks Marc. I tried uploading via FTP the upgrade package that I downloaded from client area but doesn’t look like it included the forums files. Where can I get the full upgrade to download.  Didn’t seem to work via client download area. Thanks

Looking for a plugin that would simply display the first image/attachment in any topic in the expanded view of a stream.  Thumbnail size max 150px width float left of written content.  Willing to pay for dev work on this.

Hi guys/gals,

Is there any options out there for me to have current post images displayed in the expanded version of the stream?   Not images from Gallery but actual post attachments that are images.  Wasn't sure if this needed to be custom coded out or if a plugin already existed for this idea.

Anyone have the code to target just items on the activity stream page?  I'm guessing it will be similar to the code that targets just the forums page such as:

One last question Newbie - if I enable Lazy Loading of media content on the site, will this lazy load the ads?  If not, is there a way to enable an option to lazy load ads?

Thank you very much newbie LAC!  Per your example, I know there is also an "Extra condition" area where you could return some value (string, number) to display an advert.  Could your code in the if statement be altered slightly to ready NOT A SPIDER?  In this case I would simply add that one line to the extra condition area vs. wrapping each advert in an if/else statement.

Hi newbie -

Is there anyway to block the ads from showing to bots?  The issue that I am running into is that the Indexing crawler is set to Googlebot Smartphone.  However for some reason the ads don't render the mobile version of the ads so Google is penalizing the site for not being mobile friendly when really it is. 

I see two solutions here if possible.

1.)  Allow us to disable ads when bots are crawling the site

2.)  Update to code to check for bots and render the mobile ads for them.

Hi Ryan -

I'm having same issue of pre-fixes not displaying on main page despite that being enabled on settings.  Worked fine before upgrade to 4.1.19 today.  Now it seems the data is there but just not displaying as when you go to edit post you can still change prefix info, just doesn't show up on main page anymore.  Searching on prefixes does work still.

How would we get Recent Forum Images into the block content?  If we can do that, then I can simply assign a key to the block and use it in my pages (assuming it would still work without the site wrapper enabled).

Yeah that is what I am trying to do but I don't know what "some_key" to use to get your Recent Forum Images to display.  Any ideas?

Hi onlyMe - is there an option to add this block to a custom page that does not have the site wrapper enabled?   Right now it displays fine on the page only if I have the site wrapper enabled.
