This is remarkable. I love the new content scrolling feature on mobile. I'm this

close on dropping XenForo and migrating to Invision Community. 😅
Brilliant work to everyone involved. I love the new sidebar. Very cool to be able to link additional threads, forums or other features that are popular. Also, I didn't know Ehren was part of the IC Team. 😄 Good asset !

AGAIN some next level stuff! All these updates so far are all one by one amazing! Meanwhile all updates on a community software I won't disclose, have been nothing BUT disappointing.
Love the work you all are putting into this. Great work, as always.

Brilliant work ! Loving the progress.

Can we also round up an applause for the frequently in depth updates Invision is bringing? Something that doesn’t need to go unnoticed. It’s one thing to keep working on v5, but keeping us informed with a top notch video, is equally as important!

    Well done team!

    Thanks @Matt Finger 🙌

I've seen some great icon customization add ons, but never have I seen the ability to create your own INSIDE the AdminCP. So that is really convenient and next level. Really looking forward to play with that. 🙂

Amazing. Invision keeps on surprising me with every update here. 🙂
Would love to see how this goes into practice on a live community.
This approach will undoubtedly enhance the overall experience for community members. A general forum might not find this feature interesting, but more niche forums will. Newcomers will find it easier to identify the trustworthy members. Plus, having notifications for unanswered questions in specific areas of expertise is a fantastic way to encourage active engagement.
In my experience, response speed is critical for support-focused communities. But for more general interest communities, it might be the number of helpful votes or the quality of content provided.

Cedric V reacted to Randy Calvert in DNSSEC provided for Cloud users?
DNSSEC basically is used to prevent someone from putting up a DNS server with fake records pointing users that use that resolver to a server different than yours.

This matters for banks and major sites that handle high volumes of commerce… but in practical/real life terms, it’s super unlikely to happen. It would be isolated (say a hotel network compromised and routing traffic to fake sites) and in most cases would be targeting sites that are more commonly used.

It does not protect the domain itself and does not prevent things like DNS highjacking or someone trying to port your domain without permission.

I don’t say this to minimize implementation of a security feature, but instead to help folks realize that should it not be available that there is not a huge hole out there putting you at risk.  I have a better chance at winning the Powerball than seeing my site attacked successfully in this manner. But yes, it’s technically possible for it to occur!

Next generation software. At first I was skeptical about IC5 but with more and more announcements, I think it looks very good. Many improvements and facilities for people without experience in creating a theme or plugins.
Personally, I am happy with the new sidebar and clickable panels. The mobile menu is also cool, it fulfills its function because I have such a menu in my community and it makes navigation much easier.
Very good work so far, looking forward to more announcements 🤜🤛

It's truly amazing to see how easy the theme editor is. The amount of possibilities are really endless. And that will definitely be fun to see various communities making their own version. Having a 3rd party theme designer create something like this custom for you is worth alone thousands of dollars. This version takes your community to a whole new level. I don't think people can really comprehend how much work goes into this.
Brilliant work team, well done. Couldn't be more excited to see more!

I want to add for @My Sharona my ideas are not meant to reduce or detract from your specific feedback to IPS in any way.  IPS reads everything.
Sometimes people get defensive in the Feedback forum when other users chime in with alternate workarounds, but suggestions from the community are meant to be just that: helpful and friendly suggestions, as imperfect as they are. I just want to be clear that your suggestion has merit on its own, and it also opened up areas of opportunity and learning for clients to consider other creative approaches.
