It would relate to the window size. If you set it to 50%, it gets too small on a phone, but get huuuuuge (and blurry again) when someone reads the email on a desktop computer on 30 inch screen.

    Thank you, you're right 🙂

I'll do as you say and it works perfectly. Thanks again!

As a stupid question...  why not just upload a smaller image instead of trying to resize the existing one?

As I said, I tried. But the image, even if only a little bit smaller (now is 648px wide, I tried with 550px), appears blurred.

Personally, I wouldn’t bother with it and just use the original image size.

I'd try to do it, but with a smaller image the results it's a blurred image 😕

You could use hard-coded values for width and height

Then I can use a percentual value like in a normal css code, right? Like this?

    <img src='{file="\IPS\Settings::i()->email_logo" extension="core_Theme"}' alt="{setting="board_name"}" width= 80%; height=auto;'/>

(how can I insert code here? I don't have the option in the editor to do it...)

  4. Hello,

I'd like to resize the logo in the email wrapper: now is too large, despite it's 648x180px.

From mobile it appears in this way:

Could contain: Advertisement, Poster, Page, Text, File, Animal, Bird

I tried to reduce the image size (it's a png); this is a 360x100px and as you can see the image appears blurred:

    Could contain: Page, Text

Is there a way to have the email body large like in the second screen but without having the blurred image?

I hope I was clear, I have some difficulty with English 🥲

    That's how I did it:

    - New setting to allow moderators to toggle AWAY status from other members:

Then a new button will appear in members' profiles who can set their status as AWAY and only to moderators with the proper moderator permission:

    The actions are logged:

The new version should be available in a few days.

Amazing! Thank you very much 🙏

No, it’s a per member feature. You’d need to login as that member and set it as away.

Thank you, I just used this way 🙂

I have some staffers away, they can't set the option themselves.

Maybe you could consider adding the options to set the status in the admin panel... It would be nice also to disallow PM for the away time.

(This is only a suggestion, not a request 😊)

In the screenshot you have circled, the default online user list widget provided by IPS does not display what groups exist.

We’re asking what third party resource you’re using to display the groups in the online list.  That is most likely your culprit.

Oh, sorry, I completely forgot that! I solved: the third party resource is the plugin "Group Name Indicator" by All Astronauts, now I set the plugin correctly. Thank you!

There's no way to hide them!

The group setting controls only if the group name will be exposed in the public, but it doesn't control if the members are shown or not.

Edit: I think I misunderstood your question.

Is this a 3rd party widget? Our widget doesn't include the groups

No, is a group that I created but with normal group options...

That widget is not updated real time. It can be delayed several minutes. Look at the online list itself. After like 15 minutes, you should not see the group on the online list widget.

I already put off "allow filtering by this group?" options before opening this topic, so more then 40 minutes ago...

    ACP - Members - Members - Groups

Find the group you want to change and choose edit. Scroll down to the Privacy Settings section.

Find “Allow filtering by this group?” and change it to off.

Just an FYI… this will mean the user does not show up anywhere that filters based on group. That group essentially becomes hidden.

Hi, thank you. I already did it but it didn't work: the group is still visible in the online users list 😕

The group I would like to hide is "soft bounces".

I also already tried to clear the forum cache, I don't understand why it doesn't work 🫥

    Could contain: Page, Text

Could contain: Text, Person, Face, Head

Can you make sure you have these settings enabled under the Configuration option in the Radical Tags tab?

Could contain: Electronics, Mobile Phone, Phone, Text

If they are already both enabled, can you check and see if the issue persists when you switch to the default/stock IPS theme?

Hello, now it works, thank you 🙂
