Honestly i am little bit disapoined, i thought its about live video streaming feature to engage more members,
i think you just need to integrate (DEEPLY) existing tools like zoom or google meet §

The squarespace forum is realy awesome!

Hi team, Now Zapier app in IPS is centered in forum activity like new post, reply post, etc. But the most important functions are not available yet. The ecommerce triggers not exists. Buy a product, buy subscription, cancel subscription, abandoned cart, etc... Will be availables in future updates? When?

i would suggest adding an automatic newsletter (digest) sent to the latest X month active members,
we have a big community with 80.000 and we cant send emails to all of them,
the best is to send digest to active members in latest 30 days for example (last login, post, comment, ..).
It will reengage them again and again.
we are doing that with an external service (acy mailing for joomla) and work pretty great.

Not very excited about this, IPS dont take care of their existing clients as before, dont know why this is changed latest years.
any way, i renewed last week with full price.
i renew each year one time only.

Usually coupons are for new sales.  The renewal fees are modest anyways.  
And if you're only renewing once a year, you're already getting a 50% special 
Contact IPS Sales.  I'm sure they can do something for you on a second license.
