Welcome to the very first Invision Insight, hosted by yours truly! 😎
I'm excited to connect with you each week to share what's happening inside Invision Community. For those that haven't yet seen me making my way around this community, I'm Gary, and I have just recently joined the Customer Service team at Invision Community.
We are currently working hard to close out our 20th year in business on a high note!
There are still so many things to look forward to before the year is done though, and I wanted to give you all a few things to keep your eyes out for. It truly is a testament to the hard work, motivation and dedication of the entire team, and we thank each and every one of you for your contributions, suggestions, feedback and overall engagement within the Invision Community space. We have you to thank for the past 20 years, and we hope to still bring you a dynamic community platform for the next 20 (and beyond)!
    New Version
Invision Community have released their most recent beta, 4.7.5 Beta 1.
This release is our December release and focuses mainly on providing bug fixes and improving stability in the software. This will be our last release for the year as we prepare ourselves for some new features in 2023!
Please click here to read up on the full release notes.
    Blog
Earlier this week, I posted my first blog entry providing insight on how keeping it simple provides the best experience for the users of your community. It would be awesome if you could check it out if you obviously haven't already done so!
This makes up the first of a mini-series of blog entries I have planned, so stay tuned to read more in the next few weeks.
    Upcoming Event
Want to hear from Olivia, Charles and Matt as they discuss what we have delivered this year? How about getting your eyes on the roadmap and what we have planned for next year? Join us for this very special December Release and Year in Review Chat, due to kick off in just a week's time!
It'll be 2:30 am my time, but I'll try my best to be there too!
    Changelog
And just to keep you all in the loop, and because we know you love what our outstanding development team are doing each week, I thought I'd steal @Jordan Miller's idea (😈) in providing you all with a list of updates and fixes made to Invision Community in the last seven days:
See you in the community and next week right here for another Invision Insight! I look forward to hearing from you all!
On a side note, if you have any ideas for future Invision Insight content, I'm all ears! Feel free to send me a private message if you don't want it mentioned publicly.
    Thank you everyone! 🦘

You can also use CMD-click (Mac) or CTRL-click (PC) to open the notification item in a new browser tab. It's what I do, anyway.

Your screenshot indicates you are using pirated plugins/apps.
Note the filenames containing the word "webflake", a known pirate site.
Remove those items from your install, or purchase them from an authorized source.
Once you have done so there shouldn't be any errors, but if there are you need to contact the plugin's author.

One of the early lessons I learned...
There are three qualities for any technology/company.  However you only get to pick 2.
    Good, Fast, and Cheap....

Just a followup note.... if you clear the datastore folder, be sure to leave the (blank) index.html in place.

This would be the "Highlight items with replies" member group setting. That is showing our group icon.

Mark… I think he’s asking how to show that a staff member replied inside the thread. In this case, the IPS team badge being shown in the screenshot.

That field needs the full physical path on the server, not a relative or partial path.
For example, on a WHM/cPanel server that's usually something like:
    /home/{account-name}/public_html/uploads (Note: no trailing slash).

You need to make sure you upgrade the code you paste into IPB from using the UA code to the GA4 code.  But IPS can't do that for you.  That's on you to do.  🙂

Yes, the site can be upgraded, but please remember that you would first need to determine whether any 3rd-party items you are using will need updates, and that an update that's needed for any given item is available. Your custom Theme may also need updating.
Once you have confirmed any needed updates are available, you should be able to upgrade from the ACP as usual, then update those 3rd-party items after that.

I believe Nathan is on the right track, although it may be a similarly-named app from the same, or another, author.
(Automation Rules was showing as being compatible only up to IPS v4.4, and you mention already being on v4.7.x.)
But if that is the right app, and it's throwing those errors, I believe you may have to fully uninstall it, rather than simply disable it.

We had some issues with the license and fie delivery system this morning, but those should be resolved now.
Please retry the update and that error should not happen again.
For those already on the latest version and getting the error, please go to your ACP -> License Key page, and click the button to refresh the license data.

I would generally recommend to ask your host to disable mod_security for your website.  They can turn it off for your site without effecting other sites on the same server if you're on a shared host.  If you're on a VPS, it would be even safer as there is no possibility of other impact.
Generally mod_security causes more problems than it fixes in my opinion.
