    Any reason why the social share links are http: instead of https: ?   Seems they should be https:

    Thank you for pointing that out.
    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

    Found it.
    It is a bug. The hCaptach doesn't load when you are viewing any topic, pages records, or anywhere there's ckeditor.
    For example,
    hCaptcha will be load anywhere homepage, forums views or anywhere else has no editor but where you are allowing guests to post/reply the contact us hCaptcha won't load.

    I noticed the Organization schema works IF the TLD is the forums. However, that's not the case for us.  Instead, IC a directory off the the TLD (i.e. https://TLD/forums).  In this instance, the schema ends up like this:
    @type Organization @id https://www.TLD/forums/#organization mainEntityOfPage https://www.TLD/forums/ name Name of Forums url https://www.TLD/forums/
    Where it should be:
    @type Organization @id https://www.TLD/#organization mainEntityOfPage https://www.TLD/ name Name of Website url https://www.TLD/
    Is there a method to fix this?

    I get the software assumes it's installed at the root directory, hence the way the Schema is coded.

    But it's not installed in the root directory, so the Schema information is incorrect. The software has no provision for that use case (installed in something OTHER than the root).  That is the problem.

    Well, no, it's not correct.  The schema is wrong.
    You're saying it cannot be fixed?  Seems like a bug then, because you should be able to edit it for instances like this.

    When you click the share icon on a post, the links under "Share on other sites" to twitter, reddit, and pinterest are http, not https.  The rest are https. They should all be https.

    It's absurd that the ONLY caching method Invision utilizes doesn't offer ANY support for it in any way whatsoever.  Absolutely ludicris. There's absolutely no way for most people to use it.
    My host provider doesn't know how to install it, and therefore won't support it.  I tried Redis support but they are 100% unresponsive (8 tickets submitted with zero responses).  I even had a friend of mine who knows Apache try without luck.
    So, unless you're an experienced server admin, you're screwed.  You simply cannot use Redis.
    Major, major flaw with Invision!

    For new members, I'd like to prohibit them from posting links until they have at least (variable number) posts.  This will help discourage spammers.
    I thought IPS had that feature a few years ago, but it seems to have been dropped.  Please bring it back.
    Yep, I'm fully aware of the other anti-spam features in IPS, and I use them.  But there's nothing at all like this.  Think of it as a "backstop" in case a spammer slips by the other features, which seems to be happening with increasing regularity, despite changing the QA response often.
