Do you know how I can be at the forum, but have no access to the back end when I click the Admin CP link in the menu? (Where it forwards my to a login-page with no "forgotten password" function).

OK, so when I'm in the forum and I have the admin link i the menu, I should be able to get into the back end with no further logins?

But there is no link saying "Reset password" at the admin login-page. Is that normal?

I can't see that I have a redirect going in the .htaccess file, but I manually just changed the lines with HTTP to HTTPS in my conf_global.php file. Still, the problem persists... Anyway, where do I change my admin-password - do you know? (And thanks in advance)

Yes, I am getting warned by Safari that it is not a safe site (login) - HTTP I presume. Can I fix this via FTP somehow?

Hello Today when I visited my board, I was logged out. When I try to login, I can't get in from any of my accounts. Asking for a new password, does not work either, as I don't receive any emails. UPDATE: I managed to get the reset email for my main account, changed the password. Still, I can't get into the backend. Therefore still … What to do?! Thanks Gunnar

The only thing I can think of, is Wordfence for my Wordpress page, but that is in the root, and the forum is in a /forum folder. Could that really be?

Thanks, but as far as I know, I have no 3rd party app on my admin panel.

Hello For some reason nothing happens when I click the tabs in my members section. If I want to see validating members, nothing happens. The same goes for any other button, or if I try to search for an email. The interface is just dead! What can cause this? - I have just updated my board, but I had the problem before as well. - I have tried from both Safari and Chrome (mac). Thanks! Gunnar Kristiansen

How do I set language for the backend - I can only figure out to do it for the front.

I don't think I have access to that. The community is hosted on a server hotel.

When I try to upgrade my board using the build in updater, I am getting this weird progress bar (see attached image). It just stops there, and the whole board is offline. I can't do anything to turn it back on. Please help if you know what I should do.

Hi I just manually upgraded my board. There are two things that I am wondering about: Overwriting your uploads folder erases all member attachments The guide states that "…upload the contents of the ips_xxxxx folder (not the folder itself) to your forum main directory, overwriting when prompted and making sure all files transfer without error." Now this includes the "uploads" folder. Overwriting this with the new empty one, will off course delete all the attachments from your members. Why is this stated in such a way, that you will have to - in my case - upload 20.000 image files via FTP afterwards? That takes forever. Should I copy these files back in? There are some folders that I don't see why would be in the uploads folder - especially because they are named something with "java" … could it be malicious, or SHOULD I copy those back after upgrading? Hi For some reason the Next / Previous buttons (alongside the 1,2,3.4) functions are dead on my board. Nothing at all happens, when you click these. I just upgraded the board to the latest version, hoping that this was a bug - but the behaviour is still there. Does anyone know what this could be?

Hello I wanted to upgrade my board to Version 4.6.10, but when I get to the step for downloading, it does not start. It only shows %NaN and a "!" below. Does anybody know what that is all about? Thanks Gunnar
