As for me, I can't find oEmbed anywhere... I have FundRaisers, Jobs, Webhooks, etc. but no oEmbed. Does someone know possibly why ? Thank you. 🙂

Hello, 🙂 I've noticed a problem with members whose accounts are moderated : to bypass moderation, once their content has been approved, they simply edit their posts and add unwanted content in it... I'm going to add the members to a group which can't edit their posts... but, is there an option to fix this or is it a bug ? Thank you. 🙂

Thank you. 🙂 I ran the script after "upgrading" to PHP 7.4 and it told me what is missing : - cURL PHP extension - GD PHP extension - MySQLi PHP extension - Zip PHP extension - Exif PHP extension I will have them installed and I think it will be ok. 🙂

Hello, 🙂 I have a message in my ACP : You are running PHP version 7.3.31. While this version is compatible, future releases of our software will require version 7.4.0 or above. You should contact your hosting provider or system administrator to ask for an upgrade. After I "upgraded" php to version 7.4 (I'm using WHM/CPanel), I tried to access my community but I got a blank page. I asked a technician to have a look at it, but the best he gets when "upgrading" to php 7.4 is a 500 error message with the 'try again' button... : So I'm stuck with php 7.3.31... Is it safe to try php 7.8 in your opinion ? Thank you. 🙂

Hello, 🙂 The "All" tab in the ACP members' section doesn't show the validating members accounts. I have to click on the "Validating" tab to see accounts awaiting validation... I suppose this is a bug ? Thank you. 🙂

My server management company told me everything was ok regarding emails sent from my server : They also told me large/free isps like gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc, do not have searchable blacklists and usually do not tell you the specific reason why they are blocking you, but they can block you even if you are not spamming, the most common reasons being the amount of mail sent, type of mail sent, content of mail, ip reputation, etc. I ran a test using a tool on the Internet and here is what it says : Any suggestions ? Hello, They didn't say much about my problem, they asked me to join their programs, told me once the problem is fixed, then theirs servers will stop blocking my server's IP... But nothing about the problem... I joined their program and saw the reason why they block my IP is : I checked. A server management company checked this too. My server doesn't send spam. I joined their "Junk Mail Reporting Program" but I can't see no data...

Hello, 🙂 I need help regarding an email problem : all email sent to Microsoft adresses (hotmail, msn, outlook, live) by my community's server are rejected by Microsoft servers. Example : I contacted Microsoft but their answer did not help at all... I have DKIM, SPF and DMARK enabled with 100% success : I checked the emails content : they are all legitimate emails (notifications, registration emails, password change, etc.). I don't see any spam. I was told my server is sending too many emails... Where should I ckheck / what should I do now ,in your opinion ? Thank you. 🙂

For me, the reason are that : - 50% of the people who visit my community use a mobile. - visiting my community using a mobile is a rather not easy experience. I wonder if a mobile app would help making things simple and easy on a mobile.

Hello, This morning, I noticed my community was down with a 500 error message. I accessed the APC and ran the support tool. It disabled applications, skin modifications, ads... Then I reactivated them one after the other. In the end I found out the problem was with the theme and I removed all theme modifications. I had made very few modifications to the theme : - adding a <div align="center">{advertisement="hautdepage"}</div> for displaying an advertisement banner. - making a few modifications as indicated here : Compared to the old theme, the new theme has more options... as if the old theme had not been updated when I last updated the community. How can I find out what went wrong ? I'm going to have a look in the community logs. As for the server logs, they show nothing... Thank you. :)
