I have created a ticket for you on this, so it can be looked into. Someone will be in touch once we have taken a look for you

Long list, but TikTok is missing. Can you add it?

Owdy reacted to Jim M in Site is down
Cleared your cache and it seems to have brought things online. You will want to ensure that writing to your cache source is working and nothing is getting corrupted.

I could add it here https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/9654-additional-social-profiles/ but there’s no Fontawesome icon for TikTok available: https://fontawesome.com/v4.7/icons/

It’s always on. If you want to check it out, make sure to look at other people’s records, not your own.

Owdy reacted to Jim M in Database templates
Glad to see you were able to resolve this and add the correct templates so it shows. However, that is quite odd that "Category 2" was not showing previously. I have tagged this to one of our developers so they can clarify the differences here between the templates you used.

Owdy reacted to Nathan Explosion in Reputation points, bug?
Possibly reactions made to deleted content prior to deletion - these aren't removed.
If you want to see if it is a bug, recount the user's reputation in the ACP and see what the result is - then log a support ticket if needed,

Owdy reacted to Morrigan in Reputation points, bug?
Its actually 93 which means that their were reactions that were removed.
Reaction counts do NOT recount on change of a total (negative, positive or neutral, they also don't recount if you remove a reaction that did any of those).
So if you had one that added reputation and deleted it, it wouldn't delete the existing total unless you recount their reputation total.
Additionally, if you make a positive a neutral reaction it will never add the past reactions as neutral because when someone reacted it was a positive so those reactions will always be positive but future reactions will be neutral.

Owdy reacted to CoffeeCake in Auto generate links
Yes, you can do this by altering the configuration of CKEditor. As @Nathan Explosion pointed out, defining what the rules are to do so become the challenge.
Consider someone that misses a space between two sentences:
Would "there.Question" be converted to a link? Why? Why not? How about "everyone...how"?
You'd need to develop a regular expression to capture all your use cases and ignore what are probably not okay. In the days where there were a limited number of TLDs, it would have been easier, but now there are hundreds.
Using the autolink plugin, you can define a custom link regex for both links and e-mail addresses. The default ones depend on http(s) or ftp as a prefix. You're interested in CKEDITOR.config.autolink_urlRegex.
/** * Regex used by the [Auto Link](https://ckeditor.com/cke4/addon/autolink) plugin to match URL adresses. * * @cfg {RegExp} [autolink_urlRegex] * @since 4.11.0 * @member CKEDITOR.config */ CKEDITOR.config.autolink_urlRegex = /^(https?|ftp):\/\/(-\.)?([^\s\/?\.#]+\.?)+(\/[^\s]*)?[^\s\.,]$/i; // Regex by Imme Emosol.

No, not at this time. There are some backwards incompatible issues that may cause problems if you try to use PHP 8.0

Owdy reacted to xtech in SMF to Invision, error
Try to understand what the error message is trying to tell you: the string "attachment_file_missing - /home/halu/public_html/Yabbse/attachments/32318_t1_ashx_attach1idRgAAAADmmEv9PKKvQ4oBqRQNZomPBwDC2fzi22fpGYTZtymL8wbDrEAADR2fin7AABdHAnbM02eT5ABpTWls3feAAAEk4LJAAAJattid0EADy2fJG2FKMNRrXCQhwtWxz3attcnt15feb5c740bb9f0b99780181b69294c07" is too long to be inserted into the column log_message.
This is because... it is too long, really. I mean the column "log_message" data type is probably configured to accept smaller strings, so you have two choices: trim the string to fit the maximum allowed data type length, or modify the data type to accept longer strings. I would personally prefer the second option to avoid losing any particular useful log info.
Execute this SQL query:
Describe convert_logs And see what is the output. Probably the type of the log_message field is Varchar(somenumber). If it is, execute this query:
Alter Table convert_logs Modify column log_message LONGTEXT And run the conversion again.
From another perspective in what concerns to the conversion process: mind what the log is also saying: there is an attachment that was not found. If you end up having many logs like this, your newly converted forum will have "void" attachments. If it is just a couple of these logs, you should be fine.

If you are getting an error like this, it sounds like a bug. I'd recommend submitting a ticket.

Owdy reacted to bfarber in Htaccess redirect and speed
No, the page generation will be the same speed. In theory the page may load slower for the end user because the browser requests the image from the original URL and then is redirected to the new location (so two requests instead of one), but it will likely be negligible in most cases. Your alternative is to go through all the content and replace the paths instead.
