Lottery is coming, I am making a nice new update also with a landing page and also a smaller grid to choose from like members shop, and also added some colours for the balls what you can set in the ACP

coloured balls will also be in the topics if you have topics created for games etc, I am also going to add a force win setting so you can force it to have a winner for that draw

I went back to the Order, found the date, and although it was expired, I clicked on Details and luckily it had a pending to pay link. I clicked on it and it worked!

An update for IP.Board 4.4.x has been released.

I've been rethinking the EOL of the self hosted, i will prolly end up keeping it around, but it will prolly be in a more "raw" state than it is now (for v3), as i wont be selling any additional access to the self hosted (and the number of self hosted is considerable small, compared to what it was before the service).
the chat service version and self hosted version are identical in functionality and look. the differences are all backend, the chat service connects to chat service vs your own node.js. 
your users would more than likely not notice any differences, unless they like watching their network traffic like a hawk. 
if i have time, i will consider keeping this one, as i've had a lot of fun making it. not sure how well received it would be turning it into a paid app from a free one (as that has usually been a bit disastrous for dev's who have)

I wont be upgrading any of my free resources (with the exception of dev toolbox) to 4.4, as i don't have the time to maintain them any longer, but all my paid applications will be getting a 4.4 maintenance fix, i will release them over the next week.

You can still buy random trophies but now you can but trophies or medals from a list you will choose in the item settings


If you don't own trophies & medals, I would recommend buying it to give your members some unique stuff, Example... Make one medal either a image or font-awesome icon, then set the item to have 1 in stock ( make sure no moderator etc awards it ), Now that is unique and no one else on the site will have the medal they got, Gives the shop a little bit more of a buzz to get on there and see whats available before the next person grabs the item

This might've already been requested, but can you consider displaying the points in the postbit/user info panel (I think that's what it's called) right under the post count?

That take's the fun out, Remember you can disable them if you don't want them sold
The trophies are won by generating a random number from the trophy database, if you have 5 trophies active then there will be 5 id's in the database maybe 1,4,6,9,10 so the code will pick a random number from 1,4,6,9,10 and then award that trophy to the member, if the member has the award already then it won't award nothing and the user loses, I had 10 trophies and it took just over 50+ attempts to get them all, Remember when creating a trophy that you don't award it to yourself / users when creating it
I could look into it yeah and see what I can come up with
I cal also look into limits, but if you use commerce and are selling the points it could backfire on you, Imagine spending $$$ on points to try and win a trophy etc then a message comes up saying sorry you tried / brought it too many times, Now a normal user might accept this but as a paying user, I don't think they will be too happy ? ( Might be wrong though )

New Shop Items Pin any topic for x amount of days ( Topic's will automatically be unpinned after x days ) A button will appear on the topics to pin it if they own a pin topic item. Feature any file for x amount of days ( File's will automatically be unfeatured after x days ) A button will appear on the downloads page to feature the file if they own a feature file item. Upgrade your member group to x group for x days, months or years ( Member will return to x group after x days, months or years ) Admins & Moderators can not redeem this item as their usergroups are protected against it, But they can still buy it so they can send it etc. There are 3 member upgrade items you can have allowing multiple selections to buy and usergroup choices Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock ( Like rock, paper, scissors but the Big Bang Theory's version ) If the player wins they will receive 2x the price they paid for the item, If they draw they get their points back, if they lose, They lose. ( In the ACP you can set to alllow users to increase their bets by a selected amount if they wanted to ) There is now 3 points mystery box items so you can choose from small / medium / large prices and rewards Try your luck for a random trophy ( read Trophys & Medals below ) ACP Menu Re-organized the forums and download point category pages. Added the ability to award x points to x Member or x usergroup. Added a lock and unlock button to the items table so that you can protect them from changing / updating when clicking to resync the shop items You can now generate unique purchases for members from the ACP and fully customize the items rewards to what you see fit ( You can charge the user for this or send it free ), they will receive a notification saying they have received a item etc, etc Re-wrote the items table so it much looks nicer and added the font-awesome icons you choose to show instead of the text Bonus Points Award x points to members on a daily, weekly and or monthly basis. Points Added a format to the points so it will show them with decimals making them easier to read ( example 1,000 or 10,000 or 10,000,000 and so on ) Rewards & Logs Re-wrote the Rewards & Logs page to display better information, It will now show every item redeemed or point gained with the name of the item and the reward it self
Please note... IPDownloads, IPCommerce or Trophys & Medals is not required to run this application, although if you do own them you can use the app to it's full potential and earn some money from it too

I just tried something and I actually managed to get the output message when using a form, so now I will just use the notifications for when the users upgrade their memberships, pin topics or feature files with the expire date
