  1. I figured out what the issue was, and it may be worth noting. The maximum file size Cloudflare's CDN caches is 512MB for Free, Pro, and Business customers and 5GB for Enterprise customers. Enterprise customers can contact their Cloudflare Account Team to request caching of larger files.
  2. So, I just got a nasty email from Wasabi... I'm not sure what else to try or what settings I have wrong. Evidently Wasabi wants you to only transfer what you have stored with them. If you have 1Tb stored; then you have 1Tb transfer. My site I have 179.45 GB stored, but transfers are 4x that. I do use Cloudflare and have cache set to 2 months. I've gone through this tutorial several times and don't see anything that I've missed.... Do I need to upload 500gb of trash files just to satisfy them?
  3. It seems that I am not able to install addons manually... what do I need to un-proxy in Cloudflare to allow it? I have FTP un-proxied already.
  4. I've noticed an issue since switching to cloudflare. Some users have been detected as duplicates with cloudflares IP address. Is there a way to exclude certain IP addresses to be ignored?
  5. I'm looking for a plugin/addon that would show users how many more downloads they are allowed within a given time. On my site I limit specific user groups to a specific number of downloads from the files section within a 24 hour period. There is nothing that indicates how many downloads a user has or if they have reached their limit for the day. Currently; the only message that appears when a user reaches their download is simply "You don't have permission to download this file". This message is confusing to people as they believe that they have been banned and sometimes causes users to register another account... I think something like this could be used as a marketing tool that could help push users towards subscribing to the site. Specifics: * Located near the download button in files section. * Show user a reminder of how many downloads they have left for specified time period. ** Once their # of downloads for the time period have ended, let them know their number of downloads in specified time has been reached, have it suggest starting a subscription and link to the subscription page. * Possible block for the Pages application so it can be placed anywhere on pages. I don't think there is a plugin/addon for this, if you are willing to create such an addon... I'm willing to sponsor it.
  6. I just recently started up subscriptions on my site. I have several different tiers setup and for the most part everything is working. I've received a couple messages from people wanting to subscribe for my highest tier. This is not happening with every invoice/transaction and happens on both desktop and mobile. I can't seem to be able to find any kind of logs. I can't tell if this is failing on the site side or PayPal side. Could this be because this isn't a renewing and setup as lifetime subscription?

  9. I can't seem to find the setting, but is there a way to automatically send someone a PM when they purchase something from Commerce? I've setup subscriptions on my site, but I don't see anywhere the system will send them a PM upon purchase. Am I just missing it?
  10. We are trying to migrate another site over to Cloudflare and Wasabi. This site is getting Access Denied when going to download anything or when going directly to cdn.vpuniverse.com or http://s3.us-central-1.wasabisys.com/cdn.vpuniverse.com I've tried setting the bucket to Public Access Override and Enable Public Access. I'm not sure what else to check on this one. I've attached a user to the wasabi bucket that has read/write access. I also noticed that I can no longer SFTP into the site anymore using ftp.vpunicerse.com. I'm guessing that has something to do with cloudflare as well. Edit: I think it's all fixed now. Had to create a policy on the bucket. Seems to be working fine.
  11. I did not see this mentioned in any of the posts but what about cloudflares 100mb file upload limitation. I need this to host my downloads section of which most everything is above that size. On the S3 Compatible downloads plugin it says that it does not support chunking to wasabi. It states that the author isn't interested in making the changes to make it compatible with wasabi chunking. Am I alone that I would pay just about any amount of money to get that working? EDIT: So I got it all set up and it seems regardless of what the plugin says chunking files to wasabi is no issue. PHP limits set at 50mb and just uploaded a 1.4gb file to wasibi no problem through the downloads app. I did attach a card to wasabi account and downloading the file gives me a permission denied notice but I am assuming it just needs some time. EDIT2: Seems to be working just fine, It seemed to take an hour to start working right or adding another non root user fixed the issue, not sure which. Moving files to wasabi manually using CyberDuck to avoid paying S3 to move 700gb and I had a local backup. Download speeds seem about 10x faster than my S3 test getting about 20MB/s so that's a huge win. I had to turn off "Prevent Direct File Linking" in the downloads settings to get file names from garbling, with normal (self hosted & s3) ipb adds a bunch of characters to file name but it looks fine on listing and when you download. With wasabi on NEW uploads, the new file name with the extra characters shows in the file listing and downloads with the extra characters (turning off the prevent direct linking solved this issue). However preexisting files work as expected. Other big note, cloudflare so far is beating the snot out of stackpath, which was my previous cdn.
  12. Is there anything available that could be put into a Block to show a user how many file downloads they have available? Also, is there anything that would allow a user to interact with the community to earn additional downloads?
  13. @SoftwareFactory Is there a way to sync site users with their Discord user if they did not join via the site? Or Discord user with their Site user?
  14. Hello, I have several spreadsheets that contain data that I'd like to create a Pages database for. Is there any possible way to import/create database for pages from a spreadsheet?
  15. I do have member rewards enabled. I have checked every permission that I can find for Donations. This is all the permissions that I have been able to find. I've verified that all groups can view application and can make donations. Is there something else that I'm missing? If I log in as one of the members that's made a donation previously and group automatically upgraded; I don't see the box to submit donation. Is it because I am admin and viewing the site as the member?
  16. @Michael.J Is there a way to allow people the ability to make more than one donation? I have people that's donated before, but they want to make more contributions. If they go to the Donations tab; it doesn't give them the option to make another donation.
  17. Any possibility of listing random users in the Discord when using the widget? It currently just shows the same people at all times.
  18. I'm teaming up with another site (uses a different system) and we would like for our users to be able to submit their files to the download section via URL only. Is there anything out there that would allow the file submitter to able to submit only a URL (no physical file upload, but screenshots and custom fields would still be used) to the download file hosted on another site for a specific category? Is this possible already, and I'm missing the options? Or are there any addons that would allow this? Also, I'm not a programmer so simple template edits are befuddling to me right now... Is there a way to move the Upload Rules/Terms to the top as #1 instead of the bottom at #4? This seems like it may be a simple template edit, but I've messed my template up several times trying to do it already.

  20. I wanted to offload downloads to S3, so I moved my Downloads, Screenshots and Attach folders to my S3 bucket. I have them all in their individual directories in the S3 bucket like they were on my hosted server. In Storage Settings > Configure; I setup each directory as a separate entry as they are with the IPS install. I am not able to see which directory they are for the S3 so it's difficult to ensure that I'm setting the right directory for the section in Storage Settings. Is this something that's not needed for S3? Do I just need to move all the files from Attach, Downloads and Screenshots too the root of the S3 bucket? As I have it now; screenshots are not appearing.. giving an access denied although I have the directories in the S3 set to public. Clicking download on the file returns: <Code>NoSuchKey</Code> <Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message> <Key>monthly_2021_04/File_Name_zip.86348282485dfb2c1c108d02a8d4e2fb</Key> <RequestId>WVW5K4MDZWMEBWEZ</RequestId> I used https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/advanced-options/server-management/configuring-amazon-s3-r230/ as instructions to setting this up. Did I miss a step somewhere? Below shows how this appears in the Storage Settings....   21. How can I stop the file system move so I can change/correct the folders that I want to move files to on the S3?
  22. Hey Guys, I run a large download based site. I'm offloading my downloads, attachments, etc to an Amazon S3 bucket. I've set it all up and it's started the background process of moving everything. There is currently over 700gb of files that's going to be moved to the S3. Is there anything I can do to speed up this process? Can I manually transfer the folders via FTP from the site to the S3 then have Invision do it's thing to re-index everything? Or do I just need to let it go? At this rate it's going to take over a week to move the files. Thanks
