Indexnow issue: Seeing this errors for indexnow. Is anyone experiencing same OR do they publish their IP's? I don't have much outbound firewall on server but inbound is restricted. Same happens randomly for giphy: IPS\Http\Request\CurlException: https://api.giphy.com/v1/gifs/search? Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds (28)

With increasing control of profiles on FB, users are requesting their accounts to be deactivated/activated based on their choice. So for now, we created deactivated group with setting of not allowed to access site. Now when user tries to login, they get Banned message, which is more for users, who we don't want on our site. Can you please provide an option so that depending on group, we can show custom message and/or allow them to use Contact Us as well. As of today - if you are not allowed to use website, you can't even use Contact Us. That makes Contact Us not that useful for "ALL" the groups - Thanks!

Yes - did browser cache removal, purged ACP cache .. let me try clearing cloudflare cache and report back. Update: Clearing Cloudflare cache did the trick! @Jim M - Thanks!

Ok - thanks! Why some simple things, are soo tough! I wish, we had similar option like downloads i.e. show message based on category and in this case by user group. -

Hi Jim, I don't think it will help. As I mentioned, I would prefer banned users to show Ban message because I don't want them back on our site. So it's based on user persona's/group: Deactivate - "Your account is de-activated as per your request" Banned - Current message is perfect. -
Hi - Seeing below error with latest IPS version 4.7.6 and Radical tags: 4.7.5 and previous version of radical tag had same issue. It's happening on standard theme.

So on our site, we have created de-activated group where users can request to put request for deactivation. They way in future we can request their account back, since we don't have FB like system in IPS. But now if I enable, group can't access site, user get this message. Users are getting confused thinking they did something wrong. Anyway, I can show group based message? i.e. Your Account has been De-activated? Banned is for someone, who we never want on our website back!

We have 10 plus different groups on our website... and i would like to have this feature available to more then 1 group. Can we please make it group based feature? Other customers have requested as well. Thanks in advance.

Looking for deep dive suggestion on improving speed. https://gtmetrix.com/reports/fearless-assassins.com/VvxFAcan/ I see below sometimes and I can't figure out... where is the delay... I am not sure why regular pages calls for Offline URL. That 6 sec delay, is it from my webserver or Cloudflare.. any easy way to figure it out? Thanks

Thanks for that URL. Is their anyway, it can be added during payment option? All the commercial websites, accept Gift Card during payment processing... this is very odd way, to ask customer, first redeem your gift card and then buy things with it. -

Issue with API checking if an IP Address is banned?

Suggestion to help find the solution: 1) IP: You should ban IP's not at a website side rather Cloudflare if you are using one. You can ban ASN's, IP's, Subnet's, etc. in Cloudflare including by Country, as well. 2) User: That you can only ban at IPS side. -

Hi, I updated my php from 7.4 to 8.1 and forum to latest version from 4.7.2. Noticing below error in ACP. Why it's complaining for caching when redis is enabled and working?

For connection, I can tell you their is zero delay. I host on dedicated server and their is no spike in network latency. Now where is slowness: 1. IPB -> Amazon 2. Amazon to IPS - ACK / NACK (Email send send or denied) Can you share detail on how underlying architecture works, so we can investigate it.

How to confirm that delay in email? Need some help their. I use amazon email service.

This is sometimes consistent and few times random.. When I try to send PM.. and click on Submit reply, screen gets stuck on below view: " Saving ... " Now, if i refresh the page, technically PM is already sent. How to figure out where the issue is coming from? PS I did tried disabling ALL custom stuff, issue persist. Yes, we use Cloudflare.

Well if you see Redis status: it says Memory in use - 107M appx. So how memory is in use and Redis not working at same time? It's local connection, so no issues their. Now today it's not showing the warning i.e. Redis not working.
