    Could you change the language string settings ("Settings") please? He disturbs the original language string settings from IPS.

    I tried both - first in ACP, then with "quick translation". No change. (And I'm confused about "This will affect only your account". I want translate "settings" for all users.)

    It's translated but not in frontend. Yes, there is another 3rd party string "settings". It's translated too, but in frontend on settings page is no change.

    Yes, I know them all 🙂 All of them are translated but it doesn't change this one.

    It's not so important but I have already searched for it several times... I can't translate the word (h1) "Settings" on settings page. Am I looking in the wrong place?

    Thanks. It‘s my most important reason to wait with upgrade to 4.7. I thought IPS will see that such an option is needed.

    Nope. I'm still on 4.6.12.1 and so I didn't update any add-ons.

    😞 There must be another reason for disappearing of the widget. I had set content for both languages and now it was empty again.

    Thanks for your answer. But I can‘t find a Solution in this guide. I have removed permissions via modules, yes. Now guests don‘t get active links to user profiles. That‘s the intended behaviour. But in „Similar content“ block, there are the links to user profiles still active. How can I achieve that there links to user profiles also aren‘t active?

    In our community guests don't get a link to profiles of users in threads. It's set by permissions in "Apps" > System > Profile. But in block "Similar content" these links to user profiles are active for guests. They end with a 403 error. It's possible to change this behaviour?

    Yes, English must be available for IPS Support 😉 And yes, content is set for both languages. The widget disappears after a few days or weeks.

    The Guest Signup Widget in my community is sometimes empty. So the widget doesn't appear and I have fewer registrations. That's not so fine. Do you or anyone have an idea what could be the cause?

    Please add to the announcements the possibility to display them regularly - for example "every Friday". For example: We have a weekly chat, and every friday I have to set the new date to the announcement and to enable the announcement again. In Calendar the pick of regularly events is implemented, it should be similar in announcements.

    Hi Nathan, will your app be 4.7 ready? And is it possible to translate only Pages "things" and not forums or other things?

    Hi there, I have some events in the calendar app and other events in clubs app. I'missing the events from clubs in the calendar view (/calendar/). I thought that all events – no matter if they were created in Calendar or in Clubs – are shown in /calendar/. Or am I misremembering?

    We have two newsletters - a big one and an automated newsletter made with „Newsletters“. For the big one, users have to sign up separately with a third-party service. Many people would never sign up for our community because they want to see what we do or what we write, for example, out of professional interest. Some sections of the newsletter can only be read by supporters, everyone else gets to read "If you want to read more, support us" at that point. This newsletter is sent the day before the video call and is therefore also a reminder. The automated newsletter contains "What you missed in the last 14 days".

    I'm using New Member Followup. On day 1 new users receive a large message with a warm welcome, an explanation, why I founded the community, the hint where they can introduce themselves and with instructions where they can try out the handling of the forum (a test board) and where they can find their profile. On day 7 they receive a hint to the clubs, on day 15 to our newsletter, on day 23 to member map and their benefit, and on day 31 to our weekly chat and monthly video call.

    Hi @Matt could you explain please how tag search results can have SEO merit? Maybe I've been doing it wrong for years, but not a single url on my site with /tags/ is indexed by Google. For years I have been suggesting to improve the tag pages also for SEO reasons. I would like to have a decent intro and an image on the main tag pages. A dream would be tag pages with "sections" - first Pages database posts with the tag, then forum posts, then blog posts, then photos and so on. But that‘s a dream 😉 As they are now, they are just search results pages in another way. Or am I really doing something wrong there for years?

    SuperGallery was updated in Marketplace on monday. Is this really an update? In ACP I didn't got an update message.

    It's not neccesary for now, it's a great plugin even now 🙂 Perhaps it's an idea for future versions.
