Another question: is it possible that the categories uses the default group icon saved in the resources of the theme ({resource="default_club.png" app="core" location="global"}) instead of the IPS Default? 

How can I translate "club" and "clubs" in the list view of category?

Edit: I need it the same way the comments number are implemented (singular/plural).

We still have an issue with the plugin. We have chosen "Only Forums from Clubs that I am member". This works for registered members. However, for guest the entire list of our clubs (over 200!!) are displayed with this settings. Guests cannot be member of any club, so they should not see any club in the forum list. Can you fix this?

can you add here the same feature as in your other plugin  "Only Forums from Clubs that I am member". Means that only club cards of forums where I am member in are shown. Is it possible?

Here it seems that I just misunderstand what Max slides, Min slides and Max Contents mean. I have played around with the settings and now I can see all 4 slides. However, I do not really understand why. 

I have two issues with Featured Content:

1. I would like to display contents in the slider in random order. Means there should be another order of slides on each page load. I have chosen Random in Slider settings in ACP, however if I reload the page I see each time the same order. The order that I have when I manage the slider on the front end. If I change the order manually there then I have this order, but I would like to have random.
2. I have added a new content to the existing slider but it does not appear in the slider and I have no clue why. I have Max Contents set to 20, Max slides set to 5 and there are 4 slides defined in the slider in question. But the slider shows only 3 visible slides and rotate through these three. The forth is never shown.

Same here. I assume that the hack I have made does only work for login. But when the crawler tries to get to other pages, it still fails due to the csrf check. Probably the hack should go further, so that not only login but the session itself after login does not make csrf check. I am investigating further.

For my experience it works better if you use responsible ads. Your ad unit gets more impressions and I would use data-format="horizontal" on this place and data-full-width-responsive="false" if you use default theme.

I can certainly use it this way as well. Just to display tables with structured data. These are lists or collections of something, cars, pets, children and so on.

I have default templates in database. If I create a database I do not need to define custom template for it. I can just use (select) one that is delivered with Pages (Record view, List view and so on). I can customize it, but I am not forced to. So for the clubs I could select templates that clubs owner are allowed to use. Nothing more. Just dropdown field the same way it works now in ACP, where I select predefined templates for new databases.

I am aware of this. My post was just an example of usage for my own needs. How I would use it if there were a possibility to create a database per Club. I have just reacted to your post where you have written it were not practical. For me it IS and that is how I would use it. For creating club based collections and listings (spreadsheets).

It would be enough if it would work like Google Sheets. Every Club can create own database (sheet), define fields they need with field types and field names. Required or not and so on. The club members can then fill their data and edit own data. Club owner can edit every data. No templates (you do not have them in simple Google Sheets either), just already existing functionality for creating database in Pages. And default templates that output the structured member data like table, list (or grid). Nothing more. This is what we need on our project.

So, for us option 2 sounds practical.

I have just assumed that "CSS selector" is something like "Define your own location". That's why I thought the adverts should rotate in "CSS selector location" as in any other location.

However this is how default advertisement places work. If I add 3 adverts to the header then they are never displayed one below the other. They rotate on the same place changing randomly on every page load. But they never displayed together. There is only one advert on every page load.

Now I have defined a new ad location via CSS selector and want to have the same way of rotation for the three adverts on this place. Is it not possible with CSS selector?

Edit: I have just realized that there is no unique ID for CSS selector so that rotation is not possible. Have you probably any solution for it?

I have weird issue. I have defined two adverts with identical CSS selector. They should rotate on the same place. But sometimes I see them both below each other. I do not have the issue with default ads places like header or footer. This occurs only with ads that are placed via CSS selector.

We have checked system logs and have seen that 404 error page does not work, instead 500 error page is delivered. When we disable plugin then the issue is solved. If we disable the app, then it is also gone. So that we had to decide what to use.

I have used https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/9173-advertisement-addon/ to exclude pages from AdSense. However this plugin conflicts with your application and I had to uninstall it. I know, that you have "exclusion" feature as well. But it is designed the way we cannot use it on our site. We have over 200 pages that must be excluded from AdSense. In your app you use one field per url. Adding over 200 pages this way is not really doable. And then when we are ready we have to scroll down over all these pages to get to the settings.

 In the plugin above there was just a textarea field where all URLs can be entered as plain list. We have just copied a list of URLs from Policy Center in AdSense and added them. That's all. Can you eventually change this and implement the same way? 

Nice to have: We also use other advertising networks. They are not so prudish as Google. It would be perfect if we could exclude ONLY AdSense advertisement but not other ads on the URLs. At the moment ALL adverts are disabled on the pages that violate Google. We would rather use another ads from other networks on these pages.

• cars
• pets
• children
• etc.

Something that brings people together in one club and where they can see their "stuff" listed.

What YOU see on the page is not what BOT sees on the page as it is dependant on user. It's possible that you do not see the ads but your users do.

Lastmod is not set in sitemap for links.

For me I do not use comments but only reviews, so lastmod should be the date of the newest review on the link.

I've done a "dirty" hack to allow a crawler to login into my community. Attention: This changes core login functionality for one user and will be overwritten when you update:

1. Create a user with name "Crawler" and give him access to the areas the crawler should have access to.
2. Open file system/Login/Login.php and edit a method authenticate():

Again, it works, but this is a very dirty solution that works till next update. I hope that IPS can add a setting so that we can exclude bot user from checking csrf in the future, so that we do not need so dirty hacks.

We have 1407 sitemaps. The oldest is more than 1 month old and the newest one is 4 days old. And we have decrease in Google indexed page. Is there still an issue with large sitemaps?

We need here bounce handling, that automatically unsubscribe "dead" E-mails from newsletter. So that we do not need to send over 300 000 mails for each newsletter. I am sure that at least a quarter of them do not exist any more. We have used custom phplist integration till November (excellent bounce handling + free), then we upgraded and loose the integration. Now we test 3rd party Newsletter apps right now. But unfortunately none of them support bouncing

I have complained about it as well.  Some images are not there, just a gray rectangle instead. And my logs are full of InvalidArgumentException::0 errors

I have links that are fine and I have links that make this error. When I follow the link, make screenshot manually and upload it to the site, then the error (for this links only) disappears. As I have over 1000 links I need some days to go all of them through to update those, that make the error. I cannot explain why it happens, but I have the same error on my localhost, my test server and my live server. My links are converted from other app but I have also created some new links to see the difference between converted and "native" links. I cannot see any difference in the database though.

I do not need any fix for this, as I will upload screenshots manually for now where the error appears. Just in case you encounter the error somewhere else...
