I just got this extension - works perfectly as expected. Not sure what ChurchOfPop is smoking, but you cannot natively choose what reactions are used by which groups through the ACP, so I use this to allow my subscribing/paying members to access more reactions. Ive used other extensions by @Adriano Faria and he is quick to solve any issues, recommended.

Contrary to the developer's advertisement, this app does not integrate with "any points system."  After purchasing this, I was told by the developer that it in fact cannot be integrated with Kevin Carwile's Points Economy as the latter is "too robust,"  Quite frankly, this misleading advertising, along with the name restrictions of the app, makes its purchase less than worthwhile for me.
EDIT: I've changed my rating because the app as such functions without difficulties, so I think the first rating was a bit harsh.  But the aforementioned issue is clear: if you're going to advertise that an app is compatible with "all" points systems (which is stated in the file description), then you have three choices:
update your app to work with all points systems which come out (which is, well, "all" systems)' Edit your description to state that it works with systems X,Y,Z Remove the line entirely and let prospective buyers ask their own questions In response to the author: The screenshot settings don't in fact say anything one way or another about whether or not the app supports "all systems" or any specific points system which might fall within the "all."  It doesn't make sense to advertise that an app supports "any" points system and then say that some are too robust to be integrated.

Another great plugin from @Nathan Explosion.  Very easy to install and configure, and absolutely enhances the multimedia dimensions of my website.  I particularly like the player interface - nice and minimalist, without any big bulky windows that can clash with custom themes.  Well done!

What a great little app!  The only thing I could possibly think of to improve on would be to provide one message in a forum topic asking the guest to register or log in to view the rest of the thread instead of repeating the same message for every reply.  However, this does not detract from the effectiveness of this app, which is worth more than what the author humbly asks for.  Well done @Nathan Explosion!

This is a great app for so many reasons, some of which have been mentioned already - great to keep your site private, great to make it really easy for existing members to invite their friends and/or colleagues, great for providing members the initiative to do just that.
My only criticism - and it isn't really a criticism, since everything works so well - is that it would be amazing to see this integrated into some kind of Points system (i.e. Points Economy or equivalent) where Members could gain points upon successful registration of invitees.
Buy this app - not only for the app itself, but to support one of the best developers in the Invision community!

Another great app from Adriano.  Indispensable for automatically hooking new members up to News & Information blogs, forums, etc. to keep them in the loop re: new developments - especially if your client/member base isn't always very tech savvy.
As usual, Adriano is really great at listening to problems and suggestions and fixing things very quickly.  Definitely one of the Trusted Developers in the Invision community.

Adriano does it again...a great plugin that works like a charm.  Besides giving you the ability to put secure forums topics wherever you want, password-protecting intriguingly-titled forum topics could tempt people into joining your community.  Double win!  Combined with the fact that Adriano listens to suggestions and often acts on them very quickly, this plugin is well worth the cost.

Another elegant and dependable template by opentype.  Crystal clear install instructions every time, and they actually help me understand a bit about how the templates work.  In fact, I often buy his templates by just glancing at the description to see what their functions are.  Why?  Because I know when I buy his templates they work, and they work well.  If they don't, it's basically because I forgot to configure something.
My only minor gripe is with upgrades; when you're an opentype template fan you can sometimes spend a fair bit of time deleting templates and uploading plugins and then uploading template packages again (it took me a little while to clue in to the fact that you can delete an entire package by just clicking the Settings wheel lol)...but that's just what has to be done, and the end result on one's site is well worth the effort.  They give the IPB suite that visual elegance the core install simply lacks.  Always recommended!

This review is currently based on the 1.0 version of the product. It's under active development, so a lot will likely change in future versions.
This LMS is off to a good start. It is clean and, as LMSes go, easy to learn (especially if you're already familiar with the IPS Community system). It's been designed well by people who understand the needs of an LMS.
For those of you not familiar, a true learning management system (LMS) is something you might use in a school, or more apropos right now, a commercial training site, for reasons detailed in a minute. It manages not only content and testing but even manages classes and grading if needed.
I can confirm that the product as of 1.0 definitely will not work without the Commerce app installed. If you try to install the LMS without Commerce, you won't be able to access the LMS administrative settings. However, you can use the LMS with Commerce installed but not active (but obviously the features  that require Commerce, like paying for classes won't work).
I'm hoping that Commerce will eventually be made completely optional, because there are lots of uses for a LMS without Commerce features. This LMS would be great for community education or as part of a company intranet.
Still, I'm very pleased that IPS finally has its own LMS product and I look forward to the awesome features to come. It's well worth the investment.

Poor documentation and examples on setting up custom actions and exactly how to accomplish things. Trying to get answer from dev does not really get anywhere.. more of obvious remarks and really no help at all.
The built in capabilities are nice, though I feel this could be updated to use some of the new features IP Board offers now.

What a great app - slideshows on steroids!  I'm only scratching the surface having just purchased it, but there is a LOT of potential to make this one of the best Invision apps out there.  What you get is a slider maker, but with the added benefits of PowerPoint-esque interface and functionality combined with an Adobe-style layering system.  With the added bonus, of course, of being able to create as many sliders as you want and control exactly which page each slider displays on.
I was going to hold off because of the somewhat hefty price tag, but I have to say that the app, combined with @onlyME's great support and willingness to listen to suggestions for improvement, sold me.  As far as I can see, onlyME is one of those few developers I'd be willing to pay a renewal price for.  I already have some suggestions I'm going to send along, but I can't wait to see this app develop!

After testing Collabs for a couple of days, I am really impressed with the breadth and scope of this app.  Mind you, I'm still testing and figuring out what I can and can't do (specifically with reference to the relation between the Collab and the main site with the various apps).  But once you get your Collabs (or Domains in my case) up and running, you can really get a sense of what you can do in terms of the granular permissions available for each domain.  Sure, there are things I'd like to see which aren't there, and a few minor cosmetic issues, but that's why there are updates.  Reading the support section, it's great to see someone so open to feedback from his clients as well.
I was going to give Collabs 4 stars for one reason: the lack of documentation.  This is an app that could really benefit from some clear, straightforward documentation, even if it's just to explain the concepts behind it, e.g., the relationship of container categories to other containers and domains, the process of extracting content back to the main site, etc (especially where Pages is concerned).  However, what bumped it back up to 5 stars was @Kevin Carwile's unflinching dedication to answering the questions his clients ask of him.  Truly impressive, especially with a n00b like me who has lots of questions which likely have already been dealt with!
There are a lot of larger companies and corporations which could seriously take a page from Kevin's book re:  the dedication to customer support and knowledge in the replies I get.  I'm happy to support this product as Invision moves into 4.2 and beyond!

This is really a great app!  Something that should be built in to the suite.  @Mike John has performed a valuable service for the Invision community!
I particularly like how new Members can be given welcome statuses even though Status updates are disabled by default for new Members.  This way you can give new Members a welcome status while at the same time telling them how to enable/disable statuses, not to mention making new Members aware of the status update ability (which not all newcomers get off the bat).
I have a few thoughts for improvements which however do not take away from the awesomeness of this app:
It would be great if there were some way to include the new Member's name in a new Forum topic, if that's what one has set up.  Otherwise, if you have an Introduction forum where all the new Member posts go, you will have a list of topics called "Welcome" or "Welcome to..." or whatever without any variation, which doesn't look very good in a forum.
It would also be great to have the Profile Link include the Member's name instead of "View Member," even though the Profile Link text is customisable in languages.
    Great work!

A great app which really helps control the flow of your guest traffic.  Allows for a great deal of granular control over what guests can browse and how long they can browse it for.
Where there are specific developers in this community whose plugins are overpriced in terms of unwarranted renewal fees, @DawPi's Guest View Limits is a bargain at twice the price!  Great work!
