Not banned at all, since he is daily active user, who has 36K posts in our community, the issue started after yesterday's upgrade.
And when he tried the different ISP he managed to avoid that 403 error....

I have similar issues. Users complain that forum kicks them out every time.

I can enter the site using the the Google Chrome's incognito mode, but can't enter the site with Admin login ( HTTP ERROR 500 ). I tried the Private browsing mode of Opera and could enter the site.
The other users who are logged can't enter the site either.

I thought I deleted the announcement by clicking close button the last time.
But apparently it's still there. I tried to remove it by creating the new one, and now I have two announcements on the top of the page.
Please provide the instructions how to delete them.
