    Sorry for incomplete info and thanks for the information posted by you let me tell you The old domain is on name.com I think they does not allow https: redirecting Do we need to get ssl for redirect also or can we do directly as well

    I have changed the domain of community in cloud the old domain is Free - I want to redirect 301 so that old url can still work Do i need to purchase ssl for old domain - or what will b ethe process

First from email the one you saying - after reading instructions I have sent two request from the following link twice https://invisioncommunity.com/contact-us/ and then I created this topic There are two options only sales Account and billing Can you check both departments? now next time for technical support which department should we choose

    No issue If I can get answer after 72 hours This is not very urgent However, I have sent two support requests, one was for billing payment - No reply came - I solved it later and so was worried about my second request of merging communities Can you please confirm that you have received the request?

    I already did - no response earlier i stucked in auto payment issue, I contacted... but there was no response ... though i solved it later myself so not sure my messages reaching to them or not ?

    My facebook app has banned they were asking some email address password to login I created an account and gave them.... still they rejected ---- My members now cannot login with facebook not every member will mail admin. that they are not able to login... they will simply leave the site and go away --- I want to identify accounts who login with facebook and want to send the email .... kindly reset your password Sincere help will be apreciated...

    The idea is an ID card with say following information Community Name with Logo and url Membership Number Member name Location Can be available for download for members so that they can proudly share on social media This can help spreading community with a word of mouth Is this possible ?
