Forms a handled a little different in IPB4 and right now a global form template is being used. I haven't got anything present now but I will look into Pages integration in the next version. Whether some type of template code or php code to add a form into a Page.

Not tested but confirmed. I'm going through a set of IPB 4.1.7 upgrades this week that addresses changes that break any of my apps.

I believe it's an upgrade so wouldn't imagine you would loose anything. Do you have this uploaded on a forum I can view it on? Want to try a test donation to see if there is anything obvious I'm missing here as I'm running out of ideas of what could be wrong.

No easily, it's built around the single donation item. My belief that Premier is the minimum but it's possible that Paypal now requires Business accounts. Your main account accepts the same currency that you list in the Donate Sidebar plugin? Or you've got Paypal setup to automatically convert other currencies to your currency?

The Form app itself serves out the form in pages. When you say custom page, are you referring to use of the "Pages" app?

I'm sorry but where exactly are the sort options changed or not working? I assume you mean it's overriding it somewhere with "Video Title" instead of what ever it's suppose to be?

Possible solution can be found in this bug report here. I'll update this as more comes to light, at the very least make sure your using the very latest version of IPB. Edit: Will address duplicate PM issue soon after some testing.

Is your Paypal account email validated? And what type of account is it? I assume both donor and receiver accounts use the same currency? Paypal is not entirely clear on the cause of this error but could be a few different things, here is a guide that might offer some solutions.

If anyone is still getting errors with v4.1.6.1 I'll need ftp/acp login details to troubleshoot further.

I'm still unclear about this, can you paste the surrounding changes you made in the acp and theme editor when you applied the find and replace instructions? I'll note this for the future and what responsive design changes I can add. Can you try uninstalling and then re-installing the Portal again? Just tested with v4.1.6.1 and wasn't able to reproduce this error.

Just to confirm that is v4.1.6.1? I'm also not able to reproduce this on the latest version. v4.1.6.1? If not try the very latest. I couldn't find anything in v4.1.6.1 that would suggest it. But this reply gives me hope.

Yes, no time scale but there's a lot of integration potential with some of my apps and some of the 1st party apps as well. Follow the file listing as I'll be posting "new versions" when new features are added soon.

I've just released v2.0.5 that fixes a dozen critical and minor bug fixes. @claustrier This includes some critical bugs with the edit item page including image/custom field losses.
